Guide To Replace And Repair Parts

If following failures occur while using the machine, check according to the checking point. (If there are any problems, make contact to your local dealer.) When checking, surely turn off the start switch and disconnect the battery plug..

Failure Checking items LCD is not turned on and the machine is not operated 1. Make sure that the battery plug is connected properly.

2. Make sure that the fuse of key switch in fuse box is normal. 3. Make sure that connector of LCD is connected.

The machine is not operated 1. Check if there is abnormality on LCD. 2. If there is no abnormal part on LCD, depress the brake pedal, and make sure that micro switch is operated normally.

Attachments (hydraulic) are not operated

1. Check if there is abnormality on LCD. 2. If there is no abnormal part on LCD, pull the hydraulic lever, and make sure that micro switch is operated normally Steering isn't performed 1. Check if there is abnormality on LCD. 2. Make sure that the EPS fuse in fuse box is normal.

Lamps, horn, or back alarms aren't operated 1. Make sure that the convert fuses in fuse box are normal.

2. Make sure that relevant fuse in fuse box is normal

Charging isn't performed 1. Check if the plug of charging code is disconnected or loose. 2. Make sure that the charger fuses for AC or DC are normal. 3. Check the input power of the charger

Other abnormal parts in the machine 1. Check if there are abnormal parts on LCD. (Contact to your local dealer.)
