1002 Pressure filter -

- - 2037 Scraper floor motor 125 cm3, drives the scraper floor. Only in QUANTUM 4700 P / S 2073 2-stage motor for scraper floor Drives the scraper floor. The 2-stage motor contains 2 rotor sets with a displacement of 80or 95 cm3/rev. = stage 1 and 160 or 195 cm3/rev. = stage 2. 4700S: 80 / 160 cm35800S, 6800S, 5700S: 95 / 195 cm3 Flow rate to rotor set stage 1 (low displacement) generates a high speed but low torque. Flow rate to rotor set stage 2 (large displacement) generates a low speed but a high torque = Start of the unload process.

3018 Hydraulic cylinder for tailgate Opens and closes the tailgate. As pressure builds up in the rod space, the tailgate is closed.As pressure builds up in the piston space, the tailgate is opened. 3031 Hydraulic cylinder for pick-up Lifts and lowers the pick-up. As pressure increases in the piston space, the pick-up is lifted.

3042 Hydraulic cylinder for cutting floor

3084 Hydraulic cylinder for locking the steering axle 3191 Hydraulic cylinder for hydraulic high-lift drawbar 3192 Hydraulic cylinder for proportioning roller ON / OFF 3193 Hydraulic cylinder for pick-up clutch Opens and closes the cutting floor. As pressure builds up in the rod space, the cutting floor is closed. Locks the steering axle if pressure builds up in the piston space.

Lifts and lowers the hydraulic high-lift drawbar. As pressure builds up in the rod space, the hydraulic high-lift drawbar is lifted. Switches the proportioning roller OFF as pressure builds up in the piston space. Switches the pick-up clutch OFF as pressure builds up in the piston space.

7087 Pressure balance 7087 a) Open from P to T if no consumer is active = Neutral circulation. When a consumer is active, the required flow rate is regulated - the residual volumetric flow is directed to the tank. 7087 b) Regulates the required flow rate to the scraper floor motor if the scraper floor is ON. 7087c) Opens with the function “Scraper floor ON”, in addition to scraper floor ON solenoid valve (Y223), in order to keep resistance low.

7079 Displacement switching valve The switching valve is actuated by the solenoid valve (Y127) and guides the volumetric flow to one or both rotor sets of the scraper floor motor (2037) accordingly. Switching valve (7079) actuated: 2stage motor (2073) in low displacement 80 cm3/rev. or 95 cm3/rev. Switching valve (7079) not actuated: 2-stage motor (2073) in large displacement 160 cm3/rev. or 195 cm3/rev. = start of the unload process.

Powered: pressure build-up in the piston space of the cutting floor hydraulic cylinder (3042) = open cutting floor. Powered: pressure build-up in the rod space of the cutting floor hydraulic cylinder (3042) = close cutting floor. The solenoid valve for hydrostatic motor high speed (Y127) controls the switching valve for displacement (7079). Solenoid valve (Y127) not powered: - Switching valve (7079) not actuated - 2-stage motor (2073) in large displacement 160 cm3/rev. or 195cm3/rev. = Start of unload process. Solenoid valve (Y127) powered: - Switching valve (7079) actuated - 2-stage motor (2073) in small displacement 80 cm3/rev. or 95cm3/rev.

Powered: pressure build-up in the piston space of the steering axle hydraulic cylinder (3084) = lock steering axle. Powered: pressure build-up in the piston space of the hydraulic cylinder for the pick-up clutch (3193) = Pick-up clutch OFF. Powered: solenoid valve opens = scraper floor ON. The power to the solenoid valve and hence the speed of the scraper floor are infinitely adjustable. Powered: lift and lower pick-up. To lift the pick-up, the solenoid valve (Y394) is powered simultaneously. When the solenoid coil is powered, the valve opens and the volumetric flow flows: –1. to the solenoid valve for lifting the pick-up (Y293) and –2. to the solenoid valves for opening the cutting floor (Y063), lifting the hydraulic high-lift drawbar (Y397), opening the tailgate (Y027), pick-up clutch (Y219), and steering axle lock ON (Y145) Powered: valve opens and volumetric flow flows to the solenoid valves for closing the cutting floor (Y064), lowering the hydraulic high-lift drawbar (Y398), closing the tailgate (Y028), and the proportioning roller clutch ON/OFF (Y399). Powered: reverse scraper floor.

Powered: pressure build-up in the rod space of the hydraulic cylinder for the hydraulic high-lift drawbar (3191) = lift high-lift drawbar. Powered: pressure build-up in the piston space of the hydraulic cylinder for the hydraulic high-lift drawbar (3191) = lower high-lift drawbar.
