Description of function

Pre-loaded working hydraulics system The pressurised oil from port P1 is under pressure due to non-return valve (707) (see overall circuit diagram). All working hydraulics functions except for the Raise front attachment function receive their oil pressure from the pre-loaded working hydraulics system. This system is equipped with the working hydraulics pre-load accumulator (501). When the accumulator pre-load drops to approx. 170 bar, the working hydraulics / Autopilot oil pressure sensor (B5) actuates the master valve (Y77) under time control via the Contour module (A11) and the Intake controller module (A14).

Pre-loaded energy accumulators (spring, accumulator, hydraulic cylinder). Death or serious injury. –Relieve the oil pressure before starting service work.To do this, slacken off the balance screw (617).
