OTHER MAINTENANCE Additional oil cooling

A cooling unit is installed to ensure that the hydraulic system has sufficient oil cooling. The cooling unit (Fig. 3-96:) comprises an electric motor on which a hydraulic pump is mounted. This pumps hydraulic oil constantly through the hydraulic-oil cooler.

The cooling unit is located in the catwalk in front of the hydraulic-oil cooler.

Heating and air conditioning

Change the filter mats in the air intake regulary. The filter mats are located on backside of the driver`seat.

The cooling unit is maintenance-free.

In the event of a malfunction, the buzzer installed in the cab gives a warning signal.

Remove cover (1, Fig. 3-97:)-

Change filter mats (2)

Fasten cover (1) again.
