Passenger seat

The passenger seat (Fig. 2-24:) can be adjusted in inclination, height and fore-and-aft position. The seat suspension can be adjusted to suit the passenger's weight.

Adjusting the seat cushion

Adjust the seat cushion inclination by pulling the handle (4) upwards. Bring seat cushion into the desired position by moving the body forwards or back. Release handle (4).

Adjusting the armrests

The armrests can be raised and lowered as required.

To adjust the inclination of the armrests, turn knobs (6) clockwise or counter-clockwise.

Fore-and-aft adjustment

The fore-and-aft position is adjusted with lever (1). Pull lever (1) upwards, slide seat into the desired position and engage the lever (1).

Adjusting the seat suspension

The seat suspension can be continuously adjusted with the handwheel (2).

Higher weight - turn handwheel (2) clockwise (hard springs).

Adjusting the backrest

The backrest inclination can be adjusted by pulling the handle (5) upwards. Lean against the backrest to move it to the desired position. Release handle

Lower weight - turn handwheel (2) counterclockwise (soft springs).

The value on the handwheel scale and the weight of the passenger should be coordinated (optimum suspension).
