The crusher plant SB 0815 consists of the following main components (see also figure 7): the substructure with pan the impact roll the crusher housing the drive with V-belt pulley and protecting cover the drift with V-belt pulley and protecting cover the roll height adjustment the lubrication

The impact roll crusher SB 0815 is a continuous flow crusher which will be integrated into the stageloader of a coal mining installation. It is designed for breaking the coal mined to a size which allows it to be transported on a downstream belt system. The material to be broken is taken through the crusher by means of the stageloader. Larger lumps of coal are crushed by the impact roll while smaller pieces pass underneath the roll.
