“STATUS SCREEN”
After logging in, the functions keys “F1” through “F4” (Fig. 15) are used to access four additional screens: “STATUS”, “PRESETS”, “TIMER 1”, and “TIMER 2” . Currently, function keys “F5” through “F8” are not used.
The “STATUS SCREEN” (Fig. 17) is accessed by pushing function key “F1”. This screen displays the incoming line voltage, breaker speed, conveyor speed, hydraulic oil pressure, vacuum pressure, the current in each phase of the breaker and pump motors. To return to the “MAIN SCREEN” from the “STATUS SCREEN”, press “F1”.

“PRESETS SCREEN”
The “PRESETS SCREEN” (Fig. 18) is accessed from the “MAIN SCREEN” by pushing function key “F2”. This screen allows access to the preset breaker shaft speed designations for low, medium and high speeds. To return to the “MAIN SCREEN” from the “PRESET SCREEN”, press “F1”. The timer screens can be accessed from the “PRESET SCREEN” by pressing “F3” or “F4”.

“OPERATION TIMERS SETUP SCREEN” (“TIMERS 1”)
“JAM TIMERS SETUP SCREEN” (“TIMERS 2”)
The “TIMERS 1 SCREEN” (Fig. 19) is accessed from the “MAIN SCREEN” by pushing function key “F3”. This screen allows access to the “OPERATION TIMERS SETUP SCREEN”. These are the timers for the breaker idle shutdown, the start-up warning horn, and conveyor run. To return to the “MAIN SCREEN” from the “TIMERS 1 SCREEN”, press “F1”. The “PRESETS” and “TIMER 2” screens can be accessed from the “TIMERS 1 SCREEN” by pressing “F2” or “F4”.

The “TIMERS 2 SCREEN” (Fig. 20) is accessed from the “MAIN SCREEN” by pushing function key “F4”. This screen allows access to the “JAM TIMERS SETUP SCREEN”. These are the timers for the breaker overload preset amps, beaker overload delay, conveyor slow backup, and conveyor slow forward. To return to the “MAIN SCREEN” from the “TIMERS 2 SCREEN”, press “F1”. The “PRESETS” and “TIMER 1” screens can be accessed from the “TIMERS 1 SCREEN” by pressing “F2” or “F3”.
