STARTER SYSTEM

Check : Before winter sets in - Press preheater button until warning light comes on (not more than 1 1/2 minutes) - The operator should feel the metal becoming appreciably warm when laying his hand on the intake manifold close to the piug 1 - Check fuel intake: loosen union 2 by several turns and press starter button to run the engine: the fuel should seep at the union

Remove and clean plug 1, especially the fuel passage.

INJECTORS

Every 1000 working hours, have injectors checked (condition) This check can only be done with precision tools. We therefore recommend you apply to your POCLAIN distributor.

INJECTION PUMP

Every 2000 working hours, have this pump checked by your POCLAIN distributor.

CENTRIFUGAL FILTER

Clean bowl every 200 hours. Disengage cover 1, remove screws 2 Remove bowl 3 using tool Z 26 444 - 01. Have a container ready to recover the oil. Clean, using a screwdriver. Remount, making sure that the sealSbear well. Replace the seals if necessary.
