Mounting and dismounting

Mount and dismount the machine only designated locations that have handholds, steps, and / ladders.

Never mount dismount from a moving machine.

W orking heights

When the normal use and maintenance the machine requires you work heights: • Correctly use installed steps, ladders, and railings. • Never use ladders, steps, railings while the machine is moving. • not stand surfaces that are not designated steps platforms.

Lifting and overhead loads

Never use loader buckets, forks, etc. other lifting, han-

dling, digging equipment lift persons.

not use raised equipment a work platform.

Know the full area movement the machine and equipment and not enter permit anyone enter the area movement while the machine is in operation.

Never enter permit anyone enter the area underneath raised equipment. Equipment and / loads can fall unexpectedly and crush persons underneath it.

Hydraulic cylinders must mechanically locked supported if they are left in a raised position for service access. Before using the machine

• A void loose fitting clothing, loose uncovered long hair , jewelry any other items which could get caught in machinery . • Dif ferent types job will require dif ferent types protective equipment. Items such hard hats, safety shoes, heavy gloves, reflector type jackets, respirators, ear protection and eye protection may required. Before starting a job, determine what protective equipment will necessary . Use this equipment all times. • not attempt operate this machine unless you have first read and perfectly understood the safety messages and instructions appearing in this manual. • Operating the machine requires full attention and care the part the operator can avoid accidents. Get know the machine's possibilities and limitations and the working space required. There are areas poor visibility in the working range the machine. Have

someone guide you for all areas where visibility is not perfect. • Grease, oil, mud (in winter) ice the steps and access handles can cause accidents. Make sure they are kept clean all times. • Every day , inspect the machine detect any signs hydraulic fluid leakage. Tighten the connections replace any defective components necessary . • Remove any obstructions which hinder visibility . Keep the windshield, rear view mirror and windows clean all times. • Make sure the windshield wiper works correctly . • Make sure you are perfectly familiar with hand signals in daily use the worksite able obtain help with tight manoeuvres when carrying out operations where visibility is poor .
