We manage everything from event setup and design consultation to custom microsite creation and order shipments, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for every guest
LET’S GET DOWN TO THE NITTY GRITTY
HEXA DESIGN LAB SETUP FEE:
• $500 Custom Microsite
*Above fee is applicable for virtual or on-site Hexa Design Lab gifting experiences
UN-STAFFED ON-SITE HEXA DESIGN LAB EXPERIENCE:
• Optional rentals for tablets, fabric swatch kits, sample sets, and more are available upon custom quote
HEXA STAFFED ON-SITE HEXA DESIGN LAB EXPERIENCE:
• 50 Recipient Minimum required for Hexa Custom supported on-site events
• Event Support Fee starts at $5,000:
2 staff members for up to 10 hours of support per day
Airfare (up to $500)
Meals for staff members
Technology support
Fabric swatch kits
Merchandising decorations (banners, table drapes, etc)
1 sample set of jackets to feature for the event
• Lodging must be provided for hotel hosted events or within close proximity to the event location
