For many Southern Californians, summer officially begins the moment the OC Fair gates open.
This year, the Fair returns July 17 through Aug. 16 with more than 100 food vendors, dozens of exclusive menu items and an expanded lineup of global flavors, over-the-top desserts and longtime fair favorites. Whether visitors come searching for outrageous creations or nostalgic comfort food, organizers say there will be something for every appetite.
The 2026 lineup reflects changing food trends while embracing the indulgent spirit that has made fair cuisine famous. Korean-inspired snacks, Middle Eastern street food, creative baked potatoes and deep-fried desserts share the spotlight with roasted corn, lemonade and carnival classics.
