ALCIDE & ALAIMO
ALCIDE is a yarn-dyed fabric that has an organic, slightly shiny look about it and a surface with a velvet-like effect. The fabric’s main feature is its seductive contrast, with its high, dense pile on the right side allowing a glimpse of the “raw” linen and cotton warp that makes Alcide so unique and gives it rich luxurious appeal. The “rawness” of the fabric is slightly illuminated by the viscose microfibre fur, which accounts for Alcide’s irresistible visual effect. Contemporary elegance defines this fabric that is soft to the touch and is presented in various timeless shades that range from warm to cool tones. ALAIMO is a shor t but richly dense pile chenille that has the appearance of high-quality velvet. It is characterised by its soft, elegant, bright and shiny qualities – thanks to its viscose pile, which creates light, delicate tones – and the variable refractions of light that make for a non-homogeneous surface. Made for interiors with a lived-in look, this exclusive plain integrates seamlessly with the Alcide range. JORIT
JORIT is designed to meet the needs of refined, contemporary interiors. With a bodied, slightly iridescent appearance, this yarn-dyed fabric is characterised by the richness of the materials and shades of yarn used, and by the movement of the surface of its weave design. The contrasts of the yarn woven with the warp polyester create a fine, consistent, stable structure. Jorit is a par ticularly innovative chenille yarn with a high and loose pile; this allows for a fabric that weighs 900 grams per metre and creates a cloud of softness. Jorit comes in a harmonious palette of melange colours, ranging from delicate to intense shades, that is animated by evident contrasts but always tone on tone.
