This project addressed the need for spacious confort in a small house.
Originally 796 square feet with two small rooms, the house was expanded by 1,205 square feet, with a music studio, a third bedroom, and the master suite with bathroom and dressing room on the third oor.
The interior design seamlessly integrated the original house with the new extension.

Development and construction of a three-level residential house with a pool.
The house features a living-dining room, kitchen, TV room, swimming pool, three bedrooms with bathroom, music room, master bedroom with bathroom, dressing room, gym, covered garage for 3 cars and large cellar.
The design prioritizes views of the valley and the Cerro del Cimatario ecological reserve from the back of the house.

The lower level includes a laundry room and warehouse, while the upper level features a gym and TV room/library.
Natural lght and high ceilings on the upper oor are integral for creating a sense of spaciousness.

Structural modications, installations and general renovation of nishes were necessary.
Extra built areas: garage, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, master bedroom, storage room, steel spiral staircase and covered terrace.
Once again, in this proposal wooden elements and natural light predominate in all spaces to improve user comfort.

For this project, the client requested a staircase makeover to complement the colorful Mexican style of the home.
The proposal included covering the risers with talavera tiles, adding wooden treads, and installing a wrought iron railing.
Careful selection of colors and textures was essencial to ensure harmony with the existing character of the house.

Trading island construction for shopping center 2015-2016
This was a commercial project within the facilities of the Up Town Juriquilla shopping center for the Yogen Früz ice cream franchise.
The design and specications were dictated by the franchise and the characteristics of the island were dictated by the mall.
The island has 129 sqft and was completed in 4 months coinciding with the opening of the shopping center.
