Oh, hello there! My name is Irene.

As one of the staff from the Internal Division, I am so excited to greet all of you who are right now reading our fifth HERO Magazines. Me, personally, would like to say thank you to each and every single one of you because your attention just made my day, even though I could not see you face to face.

In this occasion, HERO Magazines will deliver you some good old stories about our daily life as a college student. As we know, college is a time and place where everything seems turned upside down. A time when students no longer use their conventional uniform, a place which turns us from simple to sophisticated, and also the moment where we can meet and have fun with the people from a very diverse background. I am pretty sure we all had at least one memorable memory during our time in college. However, COVID-19 pandemic has been the most difficult time for all of us. It has drastically changed every aspect of our life, including campus experience. There are no more laughter in the air during after-class break, no other meal we could share together, and sadly, we cannot hang out in a group anymore. It has been a year since this entire pandemic hit our life viciously and we are often missing our old activities and wishing that everything could get back to normal. Sounds familiar right?

After you turn to the next page, you will surely realize how beautiful those moments are. And HERO Magazines will Here For You to accompany you to savor the past moments. I hope it will giggle you up with even a small amount of smile and joy to brighten your day.

WHAT'S SO EXCITING ABOUT FIA UB?

Faculty of AdministratiVE Science is one of the faculties that are quite famous at Brawijaya University because in addition to many outstanding students also have some exciting facts.

What are some exciting facts about FIA UB? Check This Out!

Long Holidays After doing exam there will be a holiday.

Interestingly in FIA UB, after the final exam, especially in the transition between 3rd and 4th semester, the holiday period tends to be almost three months. Wowwww, aren't you tired of a three months holidays? This makes you productive or more lazy? Who knows!

Long-Running Student Orientation

The new students at FIA UB are obliged to participate in an initial activity that is the student orientation commonly referred to as "Ospek". FIA UB has a long student orientation time of about 1 semester or 6 months with various activities that are certainly very beneficial for new students and gain knowledge.

Celebrity-filled Other people know FIA as the "Fakultas Ilmu Artis" and indeed this is not entirely wrong because besides many beautiful / handsome students it turns out that there are also many "influencers" who is studying in FIA UB.

Have you ever wondered, we were all vaccinated and the government has opened campus facilities? Everything will go back to normal and we will do the things that we usually do before the pandemic surged. What will happen? Can you name it yourself? Here, we gave you some of the examples and probably it will pop into your mind afterward.

After-Class Break

Knowing that it was the time when our class finally ended will make us jump joyfully because we know that we can rest, eat, and socialize with others. I know, you will exactly go directly to your peer group or just order a meal to enjoy it with/out your friends.

Hangout cafe!

What is a college student without a cafe? It was like a relationship without any labels (Whoops!) Cafe is a place where people can meet and interact with others.

For college students, it has been the primary choice for socializing, especially when it comes to doing something that is fun and relaxing.

“Sekret” or according

to FIA UB’s official map literally named “Gedung D", has been the place for FIA UB’s students to spend their leisure time. Students will usually do various activities here. Studying, eating, or just even having a seat next to your friends. Every funny and unforgettable moments accumulated here, in our not so perfect but extraordinary “Sekret”.

Sleep before the next class begin

Are any of you familiar with the gap between one class to another? Sometimes those gaps were precisely too long which made us more sleepy and tired. And of course! What will the college students do? Sleep! Students tend to choose to sleep rather than to study. Or maybe you are the opposite one? Name it yourself!
