RAIZ Raíz es una propuesta que nace de la familia, como pricipal núcleo integrador de la sociedad. Es una vivienda flexible con posibilidad de ampliación si este núcleo crece. Es sencilla, funcional y práctica porque está hecha con materiales de la región y un sistema constructivo conocido por los lugareños, su diseño modular nos permite el máximo aprovechamiento del espacio y ahorro de materiales, la panorámica desde sus lomeríos directsmente frente al mar, harán de Casa Raíz una grata experiencia de vida.

Gabilondo a growing district located in Tijuana, Mexico its growth has l e a d t h e c r e a t i v i t y r u n w i l d , r e fl e c t i n g i n t h e s u r r o u n d i n g . A projec t where growing bio -system will create an advance community. Five characters/USERS have been added to this program: Person One (P1) shares his knowledge. Person Two (P2) digest k nowledge Host Robot documents bio of P1. Constructive Robot 3D prints a forms on to pre design mesh MasterMinds(MM) architects that perceive a change in Tijuana and generate spaces with forms to become living/working spaces.

New materiales create new methods of design. The client of Juice and Joy is base on a tropical theme looking for a different facade. The traditional acapulco chair weaving lead to design of the facade. In this project the construction methods were a welding structure as the base where frames of 2’x2’ where place in. With a total of 26 frame that will give the illusion of a large wave facade. Color acrylic plastics thread are base on the colors of the logo of Juice and Joy.
