KARA BRYANN ACKER graduated from Smithson Valley High School in Spring Branch. She is a member of Spring Branch Lodge. Kara was a member of the National Honor Society. She danced with Hermann Sons Life Hill Country School of Dance for 13 years and was a dance teacher assistant her last two years. Kara will attend Blinn College in Brenham this fall. She is the daughter of Bryan and Rita Acker of Spring Branch and granddaughter of Annette Gass of Spring Branch and Robert and Darlene Acker of New Braunfels.

MORGAN DELANE BECKA graduated from Caldwell High School and was the 2022 valedictorian. She is a member of Deanville Lodge. In high school, she was the recipient of the Hornet Award in Cross Country. Morgan will attend Texas A&M to study biochemistry and plans to become a neuroscientist. She is the daughter of Seth and Melanie Becka and the granddaughter of Donnie and Beverly Blinka and Carol Becka and Johnny Becka. BROOKE VICTORIA ALEXANDER graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and will work in the medical field. She is a member of Pershing Lodge. Her family includes parents Ron and Cindy Alexander, brother Matthew Alexander, grandparents Elmer and Lillian Mzyk and Velda and Lil Alexander Brooke.

HAILEY RUTHELLE BILLEAUD graduated from Calhoun High School. She is a member of DaCosta Lodge. She plans to attend Victoria College and then transfer to a university and pursue a degree in early childhood education. She is the daughter of Chad and Nicole Billeaud of Port Lavaca. JAYDEN BEAVERS graduated from La Vernia High School. He will attend Texas State Technical College to pursue a degree in cyber security. Jayden is a member of Lone Oak Lodge and is the son of Dale and Kristen Beavers.

LAUREN BOYSE graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School and is a member of Austin Lodge. She is the daughter of Kent and Karen Boyse and the granddaughter of Harvey and JoElla Koerner who are also Austin Lodge members. Lauren is a counselor at Hermann Sons Life Camp. She plans to attend the University of North Texas and major in marketing and music business.

EMILY CUNNINGHAM graduated from Navarro High School in Geronimo as a certified nurse assistant and as a member of the National Technical Honor Society. She is a member of Seguin Lodge. She will attend Texas State University in San Marcos this fall majoring in pre-nursing. Emily was active in Hermann Sons Life dance for eight years, attended Camp and was a CIT. In high school, Emily was active in track, FFA and was a member of the NHS Dazzler Dance Team all four years of high school. She is the daughter of Patrick and Michelle Cunningham and the granddaughter of Richard and Sandra Cunningham of Seguin.

Triplets GRANT, CHLOE and BLAKE FRIAR graduated from Boerne-Samuel V. Champion High School. They are members of the Paul Vogt Lodge in Boerne. Grant will be attending the University of Texas at San Antonio to study cyber security. Chloe will be attending Angelo State University to pursue a degree in nursing and Blake will attend St. Phillips Radiology Program this spring to become an MRI tech. Grant, Chloe and Blake are the children of Carlin and Susan Friar. They are fourthgeneration Hermann Sons Life members thanks to their grandparents Betty and Fred Friar. Their grandparents also include Don and Dee McAuslan and Bill Murphy. It was an honor for their father to present the three with their diplomas during the graduation ceremony as he is serving his third term on the Boerne ISD School Board.

Class of 2022 Graduates

MAKAYLA CARIN DELGADO graduated from the Young Women’s Academy. She is a member of Siemering Lodge. Makayla will attend Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and study geology. She is the daughter of Tony and Martha Delgado.

BENJAMIN GRAY HARRIS graduated from Whitehouse High School. He is a member of Biry Lodge. Benjamin was recognized as an honors and distinguished graduate. In high school, he achieved First Team Academic All-State in football and soccer. He will attend Dallas Baptist University in the fall to study biology and biblical Studies. He plans to go to medical school after completing his bachelor’s degree. Benjamin is the son of Thomas and Jinny Harris. MAKENNA DREIBRODT graduated from Georgetown High School. She is a member of San Marcos Lodge. Makenna plans to attend Texas Christian University in the fall. She is the daughter of Bregitta and Darrell Dreibrodt and granddaughter of Agnes and Freddie Dreibrodt.

LOGAN M. HENDERSON graduated from La Vernia High School and is a member of Lone Oak Lodge. He will attend Texas State University in the fall to begin his studies in science and engineering. Logan was a member of the La Vernia High School Marching Band for four years and was a member of the Jazz Band for three years. Logan has been attending Hermann Sons Life Camp since he was 9 years old and is now a Camp counselor. He is the son of Quentin and Dana Henderson and the grandson of Samuel and Leonor De LosSantos and Robert and Linda Henderson.

Class of 2022 Graduates

EMILY HIGHT graduated from Tom C. Clark High School in San Antonio. She is a member of Bexar Lodge. Emily is a four-year varsity soccer letterman. She was named first team all-district and was the leading goal scorer for Clark Girls Soccer. Emily will attend Texas Tech University. She is the daughter of James and Jennifer Hight.

KEAGHAN HOLT graduated cum laude from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Professions. She is a member of Seguin Lodge. She will continue her education at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock where she will pursue her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. Keaghan currently serves as the Texas Tech University System Student Regent, won three national cheerleading championships and made the Dean’s List each semester. Keaghan also served as a member and leader in many campus organizations. She is the daughter of John and Christy Holt. AVERY HOUSE graduated from Angelo State University and majored in management information systems. She is a member of Rowena Lodge and the daughter Kathy and Johnny House. EMERY HOUSE graduated from Ballinger High School. She plans to attend Angelo State University and study kinesiology. Emery is a member of Rowena Lodge and is the daughter Kathy and Johnny House.

MEGAN HOBRATSCHK graduated from Giddings High School and is a member Giddings Lodge. She will attend Texas A&M this fall to study agricultural business with plans to transition to Mays School of Business. Her high school achievements include graduating in top the 10 percent of her class; member of the state champion UIL Spelling and Vocabulary Team for Class 4A 2021; member of state champion UIL Spelling and Vocabulary team for Class 4A 2022; and placed fifth individually at state in UIL Spelling and Vocabulary for Class 4A 2022. Megan’s parents are Theresa and Howard Hobratschk and grandparents are Seth and Carol Hancock of Georgetown and Gertrude and the late Willie Hobratschk of Giddings. DELAYNA HOLD graduated summa cum laude from College Station High School. In August, she will be a freshman at Texas A&M University majoring in Human Resource Development. Delayna is a member of Deanville Lodge. She is a 10-year 4-H club member and she has served in numerous club and county officer leadership positions. During her senior year, Delayna served as the president of the Brazos County 4-H Council. She has been awarded the 4-H Gold Star award as well as the Danforth “I Dare You” award. Delayna is a member of the National Honor Society and was a member of the College Station High School band for four years as a percussionist. Delayna is the daughter of Allen and Charlotte Hold and the granddaughter of Donnie and Beverly Blinka and Darlene Hold.

HEYDON KELLY graduated with honors from La Vernia High School. He is a member of Lone Oak Lodge. Heydon was a Hermann Sons Life camper, a junior counselor and is now a counselor and will be working at Camp this summer. His family includes parents, Cecily and John Kelly Jr., brother, Brennan Kelly, all members of Lone Oak Lodge, grandparents, Peggy and Cliff McCarter, Oscar and Maria Lopez and Peggy and John Kelly Sr., aunts and uncles, Kristen and John Cox, Jason Kelly and Stephanie Greene. Heydon plans on attending Northeast Lakeview Community College in the fall and wants to pursue a career in the drama field.

ASHLEY LANE graduated cum laude from Schreiner University in Kerrville with a Masters in English with a teacher certification for grades 7-12. She is a member of Seguin Lodge. Ashley’s achievements while at Schreiner include English Honor Society Sigma Tau Delta, Delta Phi Epsilon member, vice president of operations, director of finance, Schreiner Equestrian Western captain, 2020 IHSA semi-finals qualifier, Student Athlete Advisory Committee, SU Muse Editorial Board and President’s and Dean’s List. She is the daughter of Melanie and Wesley Stehling and Edward and Tara Donaho and the granddaughter of Walter and Mona Ulbricht and greatgranddaughter of Leslie “Pete” and Dottie Kallies. MADALYN NICOLE KNEUPPER graduated from East Central High School. She is a member of Lone Oak Lodge and is a Hermann Sons Life Camp counselor. She plans to be an elementary teacher. She will take her basic classes at Northeast Lakeview College and then transfer to Texas State University for a degree in early childhood education. She has qualified for Nationals for TAFE (Texas Association of Future Educators) which will be held in Washington D.C. this summer. Madalyn played French horn in the East Central Golden Hornet Band. This spring the band competed in UIL and received the Sweepstakes Award, one of the highest rankings. Madalyn is the daughter of Aaron and Jackie Kneupper and her grandparents are Douglas and MaryLou Kneupper and Barry and Judy Booth.

Preston Lewallen graduated from Central High School in San Angelo. He is a member of Fort Worth Lodge. Preston graduated in the top 10 percent of his class, was a Texas Music Scholar his sophomore and senior years, UIL State Solo/Ensemble, all four years, UIL All-Region Band all four years, UIL All-Area Band sophomore and senior years and was a member of the National Honor Society. Preston plans to attend Texas A&M University and major in engineering. His parents are Bobby and Vicki Lewallen and his grandparents are Jack and Mary Martin. KAILEY KUNTSCHIK graduated magna cum laude from Navarro High School in Geronimo. She is a member of Rutersville Lodge. Kailey plans to attend Blinn Brenham and then transfer to Tarleton and major in early elementary education with a minor in agriculture. Kailey was an active FFA member, served as FFA chapter president, was on the Farm Business Management team, showed pigs and was on the school shooting team. She is a member of the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society. Kailey is the daughter of Alan and Nicole Kuntschik and granddaughter of Eugene and Carlyn Hall and Verlene Kuntschik.

EMILY LINDSEY graduated from Glenn High School in Leander. She is a member of Austin Lodge. Emily plans to work this summer and then attend Austin Community College. She is the daughter of William and Kimberly Lindsey and the granddaughter of Edward and Betty Kurtz.

CONNOR MANNING graduated from Rockwall High School. He is a member of San Marcos Lodge. He will attend Texas State University in the fall and plans to study business and computer science. While in high school, he played select soccer and was on the high school soccer team. He participated in CyberPatriots and is an Eagle Scout. He has contributed hundreds of hours to his community through local service projects and leading the local service flag fund-raiser for the past few years. He is the son of Todd and Tammy Manning, brother to Jarred and Brennan Manning, grandson of Janice Kuhen and the late Wayne Kuhen and the nephew of Benhard and Shirley Faske and Bob and Beverly Stoffel. All are Hermann Sons Life members and are a 100 Percent Hermann Sons Life family.

BLAKE STERLING MILLER graduated magna cum laude from East Central High School. A member of Mission Alamo Lodge, he attended Hermann Sons Life Camp from ages 9-13. While in high school he was a member of the National Honor Society, four-year member of the varsity golf team serving as captain both his junior and senior years. Blake was also a member of the varsity football team his junior and senior year serving as captain his senior year. He was awarded Academic All District for both sports and Academic All State for football. He was also a member of the 4-H San Antonio Shooting Sports Shotgun team and served as club president his junior and senior years. Blake will attend Texas A&M University at College Station in the fall to study biomedical science. He is the son of Michael and Donna Miller and the grandson of Leonard and Carole Ullmann.

Class of 2022 Graduates

CORY MAZZURANA graduated from Seguin High School. He is a member of Seguin Lodge. He will attend Texas A&M to study engineering. Cory is the son of Mark and Kristi Mazzurana.

JORDAN NELSON graduated from Tarleton State University in Stephenville with a degree in education. She is a member of Austin Lodge. She has accepted a first-grade teacher position in Liberty Hill. Jordan is the daughter of William and Kimberly Lindsey and granddaughter of Edward and Betty Kurtz. RYANN MCKENNA MCANELLY graduated from Smithson Valley High School. She will attend the University of Texas in Austin majoring in biology and Spanish in hopes of becoming a doctor. Ryann graduated in the top 2 percent of her class summa cum laude. Her high school activities included varsity dance, student council, was vice president of the National Honor Society, president of Spanish club, was a National Merit Rural Scholar, AP Scholar, FACS and was a Comal ISD Superintendent Advisory Board member. She is the daughter of Jay and Jessica McAnelly.

COLLIN PAGE graduated summa cum laude from East Central High School in San Antonio and was ranked sixth in his class. He is a member of Lone Oak Lodge. He will attend Texas Tech University and will major in mechanical engineering. He is the son of Stan and Megan Page.

Class of 2022 Graduates

EMILY QUINN graduated magna cum laude from Victoria East High School. She is a member of DaCosta Lodge. Emily will attend Victoria College and then transfer to Wharton County Junior College to complete the radiology tech program. While in high school she participated in volleyball for four years and soccer her senior year, was National Honor Society vice-president and was a member of the Rho Kappa Honor Society. She is the daughter of Kevin and Wendy Quinn and the granddaughter of the late Johnny and Viola Wagner and James and Linda Quinn. MIKAYLA MORGAN ROELL graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a Masters of Arts degree in communication. She is a member of DaCosta Lodge. Mikayla had a 4.0 GPA and ran four years of Division 1 track. She is the daughter of Robert and Sharon Roell.

COLE WINNINGHAM graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Energy Commerce. He has started his career as a landman. He is a member of Harmonia Lodge and is the son of Mike and Pam Winningham.

JUSTIN STRYK is a graduate of Smithson Valley High School. He is a member of Siemering Lodge. Justin plans to pursue a degree in architecture at Texas Tech University this fall. Justin’s family includes his parents Joey and Kristi Stryk and brother Joshua Stryk. RILEY SMITH graduated from Southwest High School. He is a member of Macdona Lodge. He plans to attend St. Phillips College to earn an Air Frame and Powerplant Technician Certificate. While attending high school, Riley was enrolled in an aviation class that built an RV-12 airplane under the supervision of many aviation mentors including pilots and mechanics. Riley was also the softball team manager for four years. A lifelong member of Hermann Sons Life, he attended Camp for five years, became a CIT 1 and then a counselor in the summer of 2021.

XANDER M. ZERR graduated magna cum laude from Clear Brook High School in Friendswood where he was captain of the swimming and water polo teams his senior year. He will attend Texas A&M in College Station in the fall majoring in engineering. He attended Hermann Sons Life Camp for five years where he had such great experiences he returned as a counselor-in-training (CIT) for two years and will return as a counselor this summer. Xander is also a 1st Dan Black Belt in karate. Xander’s late grandfather, Richard D. Zerr, was a member of Hondo Lodge since 1985. Xander has been a member of Hermann Sons Life since 2004. His parents Mary Jo and Randell Zerr and his brother Bryson are also members.
