We are centrally located; 45 minutes north of downtown Chicago, 1 hour south of Milwaukee, and 30 minutes from O’Hare International Airport. White Deer Run Golf Club partners with neighboring hotels that include shuttle service for your convenience.

A welcoming entry will draw your guests into our elegant dining room, which features panoramic views, warm colors and arched windows. Guests will enjoy our patio for your outdoor wedding ceremony followed by cocktails and delicious butler passed hors d'oeuvres. Our room accommodates up to 175 guests.

Absolutely incredible. I can't imagine that you would possibly find a more thoughtful, detail-oriented, organized, kind, or supportive team than Heather and Debbie. I was married in the middle of the pandemic, and they spent so much time making sure that our day would still be special even with all of the precautions in place. So many phone calls with plans changing, and they were always happy to answer my questions or research options for us. This much smaller, more intimate event that we planned honestly ended up even more beautiful than what I had planned pre-pandemic - and if given the choice I'd do it the same way all over again! It was truly even more wonderful than I could have imagined. From a practical standpoint, the pricing was by far the most straightforward of any place I investigated on the north shore; no venue fee, and the total was as simple as cost per plate/person, no hidden charges for chibari chairs or special lighting or some of the complicated add-ons that other places surcharge. I give White Deer my highest possible recommendation.
