Event Guidlines
Events Time:
• Starting 8:00 PM for the cocktail reception
• Reception cannot be extending pass 12:30 AM for end of reception
• Maximum hours for bar service are 5 hours
Food & Beverage Minimums: Varies by season and Room
• Are peak season is October thru May
• Are off peak is June Thru September
• Site fee varies based on room
• Food and Beverage Minimums does not include tax and service charge.
Vendors:
• All vendors are required to provide a COI
• Vendors meals are $45++ Chef’s Choice
• All vendors will not be served or allow to purchase alcohol beverages
• Removal of furniture labor fee $500+
Reserving Date and Rules:
• A signed contract for 12 months or more required 25% deposit of your estimated total. Deposit are non-refundable are required in order to secure a date
• Boca Pointe does not hold dates longer than 48 hours. Will have the option to sell without a set deposit.
• Fog and Smoke machines are not permitted
• Confetti Clean up Fee: $800++
Finals:
Final guests guarantee with the breakdown of each entrée is required 14 days prior to the event.
• A form of entrée identification is required at the guest table, i.e. marked place card, colored coded ticket
• Floor plans are Due 14 days before your event
• Final payments less than 14 days prior to event, must be paid. Accepted payment are Money order, Cashier Check, or Cash or credit card.
• No item will be attached to walls, wallpaper, trim or ceilings by using tape, staples, nails, pins, thumbtacks, zip wire, etc.
