Swim Team Join a competitive swim team this summer at the River Club! This is an opportunity for your child to improve their swimming technique and be a part of a swim team that meets the needs of both the novice and experienced swimmer.

Quick Start I (Ages 4-6) Red Ball A great way to get your youngsters involved in a fun, creative tennis activity. These classes are designed to develop hand-eye coordination, basic movement skills, and most importantly - FUN! Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 am - 9:45 am 5 Lessons: $60 10 Lessons: $110 15 Lessons: $150 20 Lessons: $180 Quick Start II (Ages 7-10) Orange Ball This program initiates the development phase of tennis. Players will be working on swing, footwork, and rally fundamentals. Games based learning will be a major part of this group.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:45 am - 10:45 am 5 Lessons: $65 10 Lessons: $120 15 Lessons: $165 20 Lessons: $200 Quick Start III (Ages 7-11) Green Ball These players have some tennis background. This group will continue to work on building sound fundamentals, knowledge of point play, rallying & scoring.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10:45 am - 11:45 am 5 Lessons: $65 10 Lessons: $120 15 Lessons: $165 20 Lessons: $200 Competition Prep (Ages 11-14) This group is designed to develop overall skills needed to get ready for competition. We will go into more technical and tactical aspects, as well as a major emphasis on serve and point construction.

Mondays, Wednesdays: 9:45 am - 10:45 am Fridays: 10:45 am - 11:45 am 5 Lessons: $65 10 Lessons: $120 15 Lessons: $165 20 Lessons: $200 Performance Group (Ages 14-18) This group is for players who are playing regular tournaments; school tennis, JTT, and want to push to a higher level. This group will consist of live & dead ball drills, ball machine work, stroke production, point, and match play as well as basic tennis footwork and conditioning.

Fitness Center's Hours of Operation Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 am - 9:00 pm Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Fitness Club Be a part of the River Club's new Fitness Club! This club will be a great resource to stay on track for a healthy lifestyle in a fun and social way.

The club will meet every Friday from 9-11 am beginning Friday, May 7th.

Each week's session will feature a new tool to assist you with your health and fitness goals. Sessions are complimentary unless specified otherwise.

Weekly sessions may include: Hiking Yoga H.I.I.T Cardio Tennis Pickleball

Swimming Stretching Techniques Healthy Cooking Class Weight-Lifting Cycling (off-site)

After sessions, participants are invited to stay for socializing and networking in the Aftermath or Aftermath Patio.
