Herff Jones will repair any such defect or replace the product without charge.

If your recognition product cannot be repaired or replaced under the above terms, a refund will be allowed.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

For any necessary repairs under this warranty, simply contact the Herff Jones Representative servicing your account.
