From the moment you arrive you can be sure of a warm and inviting welcome. You will be greeted by our helpful and friendly staff who will check you in and direct you to your cottage or apartment. Inside, you will find everything you would expect to find in a self-catering property. If you are unsure about something then please famailirise yourself with our Cottage FAQ’s or call us direct and our knowledgeable team will assist. A Guest Information Directory manual is supplied which contains useful local information to help you enjoy your stay in Norfolk. Should you experience any issues with your accommodation then please contact us and allow us to put it right.

All linen is provided however you are required to supply your own bath towels.

All electricity is included in the cost of your holiday.

Free WiFi is available in all apartments and cottages for the duration of your holiday.

Fishing is permitted within the Herbert Woods marna during the fishing season which runs 16th June to 14th March. A valid Environment agency fishing licence is required. Fishing licenses can be purchased from the post office or online at https://www.gov.uk/fishing-licences/buy-a-fishing-licence (bait and tackle not included). If you’re thinking about fishing on the water then don’t forget to enquire about our brand new Catch Fleet which are available to hire on a daily basis and as a Herbert Woods customer you will be entitled to a 25% discount off the hire during your stay.
