To-Do List

Curb Appeal Brighten Up Beware of Smells Repairs

First impressions have never been more important. Fresh mulch and a few flowers out front go a long way! Pressure wash the driveway or throw down a fresh new layer of gravel.

Anytime a buyer or vendor comes to your house you'll want to make sure the home looks light and bright Make sure all window coverings are open and all the lights are on. A Dark home feels small and uninviting.

Any overpowering smells (good or bad) should be kept to a minimum. Even items that may make a buyer "think" of a bad smell should be removed. ie- litter boxes, visiblle garbage cans, diaper pails, etc.

Even small repairs can cause a buyer to wonder "What else is wrong?" so be sure to fix any obvious concerns prior to listing.
