2. All prices and bids include GST. 3. All the bids are final upon submission 4. Auction items will be won by the highest bid received by 11.59 pm AEST on Monday 10th of September, 2018.

5. For bids to be considered they must be equal to or greater than the reserve price.

6. Where two or more bids being equal, Henry Schein Halas will award the equipment to the first bid received.

7. Winners of auction lots will be notified by phone as soon as possible after close of auction.

8. Installation, validation and delivery are not included in auction prices and bids. Installation will be charged separately (if required).

9. Equipment will only be installed to services and rooms that meet the current electrical and radiation shielding standards and we can supply complementary site inspections prior to install.

10. All equipment items sold through this auction will be issued with 1 year warranty provision – please contact us for details.

11. Items must be paid for in full within 5 business days of the auctions completion. Stock can be held up to four months or delivered as soon as convenient.
