The minimum spend requirements to qualify for option 2 is an $80,000 equipment surgery setup including a Treatment Unit and at least two other pieces of equipment (excluding CADCAM) and a minimum consumables setup spend of $20,000 and excludes EMS. The consumables setup package must represent fair usage defined by your Territory Manager. To qualify for option 3 the minimum annual spend on consumables is $20,000 per year, per treatment unit. Flexible financing options are available through Henry Schein’s financing partners. To qualify, it must be a new surgery setup, not applicable to renovations or normal equipment purchases. Any discounts are based on the RRP and are not available in conjunction with any other offers.
