DDX CASE MANAGEMENT TREATMENT PORTAL SETUP Complete your registration on DDXDental.com and view the Reveal How to Guide. Review your account info with special consideration for email notification preferences. Identify users who will need accounts and add them to your practice account and check their permissions and email notification preferences. Bookmark RevealClearAligners.com.au on your computers. Set up a folder to hold all your Reveal Aligner Patient Records. APPROVER PORTAL DDX & SCANNER CONNECTION For 3Shape TRIOS or Planmeca Emerald™ direct connection please follow the directions in Reveal How to Guide or contact your Henry Schein representative for assistance. All other major scanners - iTero, CEREC, Medit, Carestream are compatible provided you export a STL file. REVIEW OFFICE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE For PC computers check that you are operating a minimum of Windows 10. Ensure you use Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge - not Internet Explorer.

ONGOING SUCCESS Ensure your Henry Schein representative is invited to your first case submission date. Call your dedicated Henry Schein Relationship Manager if you have questions: Present Reveal Aligner to every current and prospective patient to identify patients that would be ideal candidates. Review the DDX Portal Dashboard, daily, to view and respond to notifications. Monitor marketing material inventory and contact your Henry Schein representative with any questions or to reorder.
