The limited time offer refers to the doubling of the $500 incentive (for referrer and referee) which is part of our ongoing ‘Henley completed home customer referral program’. The limited time offer is effective from 1 April 2023 and ends 5pm on 30 June 2023 if the following conditions have been met: (1) The referred customer must provide proof of payment for an initial deposit after 1 April 2023 and before 30 June 2023 to Henley (2) The referred customer must purchase directly via a Henley completed home consultant. (3) The referred customers contract must be signed at full list price. (4) To be eligible the referring customer must have settled a Henley home in the past 10 years. (5) Both the referring customer and the referred customer must have settled their homes before they are eligible to receive a referral payment. A $1,000 Visa debit card will be provided to the referred customer at settlement of their property. A $1,000 Visa debit card will be provided to the referrer post settlement of the referred customer’s property. Henley’s obligation is to provide a $1000 Visa debit card to the customer and that is all. Henley is not responsible for any loss, destruction or malfunction of, or inability to access the funds on, the Visa debit card. Any concerns with the Visa debit card are to be directed to Visa, the provider of the card, not to Henley.
