Sweet Recipe Lemon Mascarpone Creams These quick and easy desserts make a delicious sweet treat for any occasion. Add the zest of 1 lemon to the cream mixture for an extra citrus kick.

Ingredients: uice of

large lemons

g caster sugar

1.

ix the lemon juice and sugar in a bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

2.

lace the mascarpone in a large mixing bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until soft and smooth. radually beat in half the lemon sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.

3.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until softly peaking. ently fold the cream into the lemon mascarpone mixture. If it is a little too firm, fold in - tbsp of milk or single cream.

4.

ip four of the sponge fingers in some of the remaining lemon and sugar mixture then arrange in the base of four glass serving dishes, breaking to fit if necessary. Spoon half the mascarpone cream mixture on top.

Although llamas are able to pull carts and carry up to of their body weight, they are not suitable for riding, so your trekking experience will be limited to leading your llama on a halter as you walk along. You’ll need to choose between a trailer and a front or rear bike seat. hild bike seats start from around . he more expensive ones usually have extra features, such as a fivepoint safety harness, rather than a three-point one. Some have backs that can be tilted for on-the-go naps.

Front-mounted seats sit in front of you and attach to the frame. hey sometimes have a shorter back than rear mounted seats, and usually have a lower maximum weight allowance, so they won’t last you uite as long. n the plus side, you’ll be able to see your child, which makes sharing a ride more fun.

Some rear seats fit to a pannier rack, while others fit to the

frame. he wheels are spinning, but the isn’t going anywhere. very revolution of the alloys sinks the new deeper into the huge blood-orange dunes of the Saharan desert. e’ve been tackling one of the toughest off-road routes I’ve ever experienced from deep, rolling dunes to sharp, rocky trails and the fact that only now, close to our final destination, one of my colleagues has managed to half bury a is a testament to the ’s abilities. estled in a lunar landscape, beneath a carpet of stars so bright they look superimposed on the sky, is our camp a long way from the madness of arrakesh, where our day began. e set off on our epic drive towards the Atlas ountains, the roads from the city uickly opening up into out-of-thisworld landscapes. Soon we’re crossing the i i n ichka mountain pass, one mighty hairpin after another. ur d with a new bhp, m engine is the pick of the range, and on these roads it’s swift and enjoyable.

y dusk we’ve covered nearly miles and have taken in the stunning Anti Atlas ountains. e pass through ’ amid, the last conurbation before the desert, in a dusty convoy of brand new s. ur camp is an hour of offroading away and our drifts and slips its way like a rally car across the challenging terrain, with just the lights of the cars in front illuminating the impenetrable darkness.

It’s the blackness that catches out a colleague when approaching the camp, resulting in the being beached in a position that takes seven men and shovels to retrieve it from. he next morning, we’re told today will be tougher than yesterday. Five hours of harsh off-roading will be followed by a dash back across the mountains to the airport.

Iriki ane and rg higaga, all stages of the famous akar ally. n the edge of the desert, a rear tyre loses pressure but chaperones soon change the wheel and we continue. e’re enjoying the ’s comfy new interior and smart multimedia system when another tyre bursts. It takes an hour for the support car to arrive, and it looks like we’ll miss the flight from arrakesh.

And so begins a rush to the airport, but from screeching hairpin bends to blink-andyou’ll-miss-them overtakes, the takes it all in its stride and we arrive with minutes to spare.

Sat, perspiring, exhausted but elated on the plane, we smile we made it. he may have two new tyres, but it’s been returned unscathed and we’re taking off just minutes after arriving at the airport.

Fr a uni r F laun e at un rai ing a paign Frodsham uniors Football Club is a much lo ed and respected sporting institution in the local area. Established in 1 7 , the Club will be celebrating its 0th anni ersary in 01 and is see ing to mar this milestone with an e citing new project. he Club was awarded FA Community Status in 016 the highest Standard for an FA club, and in 017 formed a partnership with Helsby High School for the use of the school playing fields, creating a ‘home’ for the Club.

Frodsham uniors FC continues to grow and currently runs 30 junior football teams for local boys and girls from under 7s to under 1 s.

These teams, combined with the club’s weekly academy sessions for under s and 6s, pro ide o er 00 local children with the opportunity to play regular organised football. n addition, the Club also runs a veteran’s team and a ladies football session pro iding further access to the beautiful game to the wider community. he Club and School wish to further de elop their partnership by enabling the build of a 3G football facility at Helsby High School in partnership with Cheshire West and Chester Council. he realisation of this project will not only pro ide Frodsham FC with a state of the art, safe and secure all weather pitch for training and match days, it will also pro ide Helsby High School and local primary schools with e clusi e use of the facility during school hours. he wider Helsby Frodsham community will also benefit with access to the facility for social usage.

Andy Loyden, Frodsham JFC’s Fundraising Officer added: “We know as a Club we have set oursel es a challenging target, but we ha e great confidence in the support and generosity of the local community, and local businesses, many of whom ha e had an association with Frodsham uniors during its near 0 year history. We will of course be pursuing as many options for funding as possible and we will loo to wor with bodies such as the Marshes Community Benefit Fund and the Football Foundation.
