Grace - the art of focus “Where focus goes, energy flows”.

This poignant truth coined by Transformation Giant, Tony Robbins has never seemed truer or more powerful than right now. As our lives have turned inwards and our quests have been narrowed to coping with: not falling out of love with our families (we see so much of them!) not climbing the walls of our homes (delightful though it is!) not falling out of love with ourselves ( we seem to spend sooo much time together these days!) not dying with boredom of the monotony of our lockdown daily routines (and I did so need an extended holiday) not falling out of love with the world (it’s not its fault after all..) not abandoning pur cherished goals and dreams (hmmm if I can remember what they were…)

Here’s the thing, as I’ve mentioned in a few recent emails - this situation is such an opportunity to work on ourselves. Here you go…even epic Prison Camp survivor Victor Frankl says so: “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” ― Viktor E. “Personally, I’ve taken this last year to call myself out on all my own bullsh*t, re-examine my deepest fears, open up my deepest sabotaging tendencies, and despite 22 years of intense study about what it takes to improve our lives and circumstances, I decided that none of it was helping my highest dreams in this particular global crisis and to come at transformation with a beginners mind all over again. That has been a deliberate choice. It has taken much humility and much brutally honest journalling. A few nightmares. Dozens of books, hundreds of miles of the same forest trail trodden or jogged over and over again. It’s taken conversations with my soul. Surrender - something I’m not great at.

And it’s taken me focusing on where my focus is. Minute to Minute.

Day by Day. Every Week. Habits are where I’ve found a whole new area for growth. I was passionate about rituals and habits before Covid.

Now I’m obsessed.

Why? They represent choices as an expression of our personal freedom.

Because despite all the external circumstances that will ever come and go, they are the only thing that we can continue to use to grow. Choices are the ultimate freedom.

Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning That was the conclusion Victor made whilst suffering one of the most heinously horror-filled times in human history, in a particularly vicious POW camp. Read it if you haven’t. It’ll make CV seem like a holiday.

So the idea of “where focus goes, energy flows” has become key to my productivity. I have learned that my productivity sucked. My high performance was piecemeal. And my BS real.

So, having been a life-long student of achievement skills, I decided to come to success all over again from the beginning, examining what success really means in the world as it is now. What potential means, status, fulfilment, material gain. It’s all come up for scrutiny. And I’m ready to share my insights.

From March 8, I’m coming back into dream warrior mode - a term I earned for achieving every dream I ever set my heart on. And I’m coming out to lay the gauntlet down on becoming your highest self or living your highest life, whatever the outside circumstances. It’s time for a spring makeover - or our dreams, our choices, our habits. I will be sharing on a new G Spot podcast and some spikey live videos.

This instilled in me a Mindset of Achievement Mastery. My mentors taught me a simple but life-changing protocol: you either have results in life, or you have the reasons you don't have results. It is that simple. That is the difference between extraordinary achievement and life-long victimhood, which happens when we give ourselves excuses.

Since that time, I have spent my entire life discovering and studying the Art of Extraordinary Achievement. It became my quest to reveal what creates it, what sustains it, what defeats it, and how anyone can produce it.

That early experience and training in my life taught me how to access and harness my own personal power, and to see life as an adventure of possibilities instead of (as most people do) a series of obstacles or crises to overcome.

Here's the principle to understand that will transform your results from this day forward: circumstances should not determine your commitments in life.

In other words, don't ask if you have the right conditions in order to make your commitments. Rather, determine the things you are committed to, then create and cause the circumstances necessary to deliver on them!

I have learned how to leverage Universal Principles to create the circumstances I need to deliver on the commitments I make in life. Even when those commitments seem impossible and out of reach. Since that formative time, I have spent my entire life helping others master their own potential and achieve their own ideal life vision.

I describe my own life purpose by saying, "My life's work is having your life work better."

So, at the age of just 33, I stood there in life, wondering, "What's next?"

At the time, a good friend of mine told me it would be "a good time to go into politics." It was1979, and a US Presidential Election was in preparation stages for 1980. It was just about time for the Democratic National Convention to take place.

My friend, the Southern California Young Democrats' President, thought I could contribute excellent skills, knowledge, and talent to the Party to help elect a President. He thought it would be fun for me and that it would be a way to utilize my skill sets through the transition of determining what I wanted to do in the next phase of my life.

My friend suggested I show up at the Southern California Democrats' Party Office in Los Angeles and volunteer my services. Walking into that office, I could tell that it was somewhat disorganized. I noticed many passionate young people there, but I could see that team leadership was lacking.

After sharing my observations with my friend, he then felt it might be more effective for me to go to the California State Party Office in San Francisco, where I could be utilized by leaders at the top. I did that too, but unfortunately, I

found

the

disorganization, lack of effective team communication, and little cohesion and commitment.

The skills I had learned during my last 10 years had catapulted me to a level of achievement and mastery that was missing in most arenas.

I had considered my extraordinary ability and radical results to be 'normal' and 'standard'. Upon exploration, I was starting to realize that I had been taught something quite special that most people did not possess or even know was possible. So, when my friend made that suggestion, my reaction was, "Why not? What could I lose?" And that day, I bought a plane ticket to Washington, DC. I didn't know where to start, but I knew, at the very least, that it was vital to START. I put the word out to a few friends that I was leaving for Washington, DC. I asked if anyone knew anyone in politics that could get me an introduction and a meeting with anyone of influence that might help me on my way.

I didn't know much about politics at that time, but I didn’t let that stop me. I was grateful when a friend connected me to someone who set up a meeting with a DC Congressman from California – Congressman Pete McCloskey.

The only thing I didn't realize at the time was that Congressman McCloskey was a Republican. As they say, "Fools rush in, where angels fear to tread." And I did just that – rushed in, very excited to be in DC, and very excited to meet a Congressman.

On the day of the appointment, the Office Manager greeted me and told me that the Congressman was looking forward to our meeting. The woman asked me what I wanted to discuss with him.

With total transparency, I declared, "I want to join the Democrats' presidential campaign. I need some introductions to be able to meet the Democratic National Chairman." I didn't notice at the moment, but she was a bit startled, to say the least. I was so young, so naïve. And I was totally unaware of 'political partisanship'.

She left me sitting there reading my magazine, and I thought she was attending to the Congressman's introduction. A few minutes later, there was a scurry of movement in the office. About eight to ten people came out of their offices and, in a group, quickly made their way to the front door and walked out. They seemed hell-bent on going somewhere fast. A few seconds later, the Office Manager returned and sweetly said to me, "Oh, I'm so sorry, Ms. Martin, but the Congressman was called into a meeting, and he won't be able to meet with you."

In a flash, I realized what had happened. I had made such a stupid mistake. Suddenly in my mind, the difference between Democrat and Republican became quite clear to me, and I knew I had only one chance to clean up my mess. I centred myself and became quite calm.

I went to the place inside me, where I am utterly present, confident, clear, and awake. I spoke from that place with complete love and care and authority. Gazing straight into her eyes with full eye contact, I responded: "Oh, that's ok, I can wait." I immediately looked back down at my magazine, resolute and firm.

She was a bit taken aback, unsure of herself, and she kind of stammered and stuttered, "But, but Ms Martin, the Congressman has left the office and won't be back the rest of the day".

Again, I very gently but steadily gazed directly into her eyes. Very calmly, but with total firmness and power, I responded, "Yes, thank you, I can wait". And again, I looked immediately down into my magazine.

It would have been difficult for her not to get the point. The poor woman was facing an immovable object sitting in her office, and she realized I wasn't going anywhere. I was determined and committed to meeting with the Congressman.

It took about 20 minutes, but she finally came back and informed me that someone would "take me to the Congressman, and he would try to find a few minutes to talk to me". Next, I was led through the underground tunnel that links Congress to the Capitol Building. I was led to a hallway outside a Congressional Hearing Room at the Capitol.

How? By tapping into areas that your audience isn’t familiar with you doing, you are getting their attention, and a captive audience is an entrepreneur’s dream.

Let’s face it. We as a global community have now circled an entire year of a pandemic that none of us likely thought would ever have happened, nor did we possibly think it would still be going on. This pandemic has shifted everything, how the average person works, how the children do their schooling, and most of all, how we interact with each other.

Show up in a way that no one expects from you.

Now more than ever people are attached to their screens, be that computer or phone. They scroll and scroll, and frankly, many are beyond bored. Everything feels the same because they are paying more attention than before.

There is an easy solution! It’s so easy that my clients, when they tap into this, instantly see a response.

How does this affect you and your business? Showing up with the same approach you always appear with can quickly put you and your business into the droll zone.

Now how do we know what that is? It doesn’t have to be this significant, numerous hours of research and development to land on what you can do. I encourage my clients to come up with five new ways to show up. Consider it as a brainstorming session with yourself. You may think you are already doing everything possible, but there is always room for improvement.

Your messaging may be stellar, your gifts wildly talented, your offerings super high value, but if you don’t see the results you expected, it could come down to doing the same old, same old.

Show up in a way that no one expects from you.

Getting their attention when they least expect it physically wakes them up out of the zombie state of scrolling through their feed. Your positive, enthusiastic energy most definitely has a direct effect on your future clients.

By catching their eyes, you have the potential to change their lives with your products and services, and of course, the big one, making more money!

I am nudging you to come up with five fresh ways to show up in your business.

Whether it's via social media or revamping a product line, there are many ways to add a little spice to your presentation.

Coming up with five new ways to show up can be done over a cup of coffee or a notepad next to you that gets filled over a week. I recommend doing this exercise over a cuppa. Sure there will be more ways that arrive once you spark your flame, but it’s not about just continuing to make a list; it’s about action, inspired action taken. That’s what brings the results.

So make a date with yourself. Have that cuppa, create a brain cloud of things you haven’t done, maybe something you don’t often do that you could try again, perhaps even things that you forgot about that once sparked your interest.

Why does this work?

Then… do one! Rinse and repeat.

Well, for one, it makes your audience do a double-take.

And always, always, show up and shine!

Top Five Ways You Can Show Up Fresh: 1. Start A Themed Weekly "Live" On Your Expert Topic... stick to it.

Make a goal to do this for one season - so "Live" weekly for three months. Assess afterward how it went. Before you begin, take a moment to list your numbers: last quarter’s sales, social media numbers, email list numbers, etc. After three months, assess those charts.

Where did you find the best response?

Benefit: You harness your expert status.

You have the potential to gain more clients (not just leads).

You have actual numbers to look at for viability purposes and where to put to focus... which place did these “Lives” give you the best results?

Where was your biggest bang for your buck?

2. Start A Weekly Q&A Thread On Your SM Channels.

Again a way to show up as the expert you are. A Q&A Thread also is an opportunity to find out what your potential clients need from you. Ask questions. Ask them to let you know what problems they have. Making it interactive gives your audience a sense of community and being actively involved.

Benefit: You become the solution.

That is GOLD!

3. Start Reaching Out To Past Clients.

Thoughtfully, friendly, NO sales pitch. Just reach out, say "Hi!". Ask how their season is going. Human connection is how to grow relationships.

Reaching out lets them know you remember them. They aren't just a number. Ask them how it's been going with all the shifts happening. Become pen pals with your clients.

Benefit: You are now at the top of their mind when it comes to the next time they need a service or product like yours.

Frankly, it leads to more work with these clients. In my experience, this is a game-changer.

4. Collaborate!

Find another business that compliments your work. Have a meeting and see if you can collaborate to benefit you both. Could it be a blog swap?

Maybe you interview each other? Perhaps you combine products for an extra unique offering?

Benefit: New audience and possible new sales for you both.

5. Create A Showing Up Capsule Collection For Yourself.

Style counts! Create five or so outfits that make you feel fabulous and work exceptionally well from the waist up. Think Camera-Ready.

Have these set out in your closet?

Meaning, hang the jewelry, accessories, etc., on each outfit so you can grab-n-go.

These are the looks to slip on BEFORE you go “Live”, hop onto that group Zoom, or into the next client call.

Benefit: Being polished and put together can do wonders for your expertise.

When you are on a Zoom with 50 other people, make sure your square is the one that gets the attention for all the right reasons.

It's said that change is one of the hardest things for humans to do. Even the feisty ones who are devoted to shifting and upleveling!

We all get stuck.

No matter how devoted we are to our personal growth and quantum leaps. Sometimes a 'plateau' seems to go on forever with no shift or up-level in sight!

We may be doing everything right in our daily practice!

But it gets to the 'Groundhog Day' stage, where we feel as though we are living exactly the same events over and over.

Research by psychologists has shown that on any given day, 99% of our thoughts are exactly the same as the day before. That means that we are trapped in reliving every day as an existence - a life - that seems not to change.

Is it any wonder we are plagued by despair, sadness, exhaustion, and addictions? The majority of these symptoms result from resentment, regret for the past, anxiety for the future, fear of uncertainty or doubt especially self-doubt or fear of something that might happen.

Why? Why aren't we naturally just showered by happy, positive miraculous thoughts every day, dammit!

This is when we get annoyed with ourselves and can often start a 'beating up' conversation in our heads.

Which is not a good idea. But, this is also the moment we should remind ourselves that nature built us with this weird paradox of being wired to feel the pull to grow and expand whilst programming us to resist that growth!

Some mind experts claim that we are challenged by fear. But that is not strictly true and way too simplistic.

The biggest resistance we all carry is not fear of the unknown but change itself.

Because of an epic quirk of biology, our mind (and therefore our body, made up 30 trillion cells) wants to keep us in familiar territory at all costs. That is the biology of our make-up. As modern humans, we are geared to life-long learning and growth. Our brain cells are continually forming new connections and restructuring our perceptions and physiology.

This neuroplasticity process happens thousands of times in a day, giving us enormous potential to change if we put awareness, effort and commitment into making it happen. Otherwise, even with lifethreatening events around us, we find ourselves automatically following the same routines, the same feelings, the same sensations, and the same stuckness.

Our triune brain has three parts: the so-called reptilian brain, which is responsible for our primary motives such as eating, sleeping and sex; the limbic system, which includes our emotions, connection with others, memory and habits; the pre-frontal cortex, which is responsible for synthesis and higher-order thinking. Here's the thing: it takes more effort and energy to think about and do something new than continue reacting to life out of instinct or habit. So the majority of people stay in this state ping-pong of resistance - many of them for life!

In fact, three resistances are going on:

1: The resistance to change - going beyond what is familiar and comfortable for you or your default subconscious functioning.

2. The resistance at the 'gatekeeper' stage of thought, i.e. your conscious mind is working overtime to try and work out how you're going to achieve what you want to achieve and conflicts with that subconscious default set point. This sets up an internal resistance that we're not aware is happening, but which is exhausting.

3. Then you have your soul's resistance to change -communicated to us by the lack of elevated emotions in our everyday lives and access to bliss and flow.

We find ourselves in a daily reality that has been created by an ancient default functioning that does not really correspond with our modern yearning to experience our highest vision of life or our soul quest.

So how do we hack this annoying biological blueprint? Though science is still new in explaining our soul's role in our growth, it has been proved that we absolutely must have heart-brain coherence for change to happen. We must get our hearts in charge of our mind and not the other way around.

Of course, willpower, focused attention and mindful action can all help to push through resistance and rewire our habitual patterns. Creating rituals to embed new behaviours into daily life is key.

Reinforcing positive change with support and immediate feedback from others—a buddy, leader or coach—will also ignite our reward systems. The body associates new behaviours with positive emotions and learning.

But the most catalytic and durable change will settle in when we master that heartbrain coherence by living a life created by our soul, and then we align our thoughts and habits with that.

We create our reality through our FOCUS.

Anything that takes our focus or attention initiates thought, and thought creates a vibration. Whatever frequency we are vibrating

at,

we

attract

matching

frequency. By creating a lifestyle and habits that are of the highest vibe

(in

harmony with our soul vision), we begin to re-create the reality that our heart and soul desires!

The trick is to master mindfulness and know the difference between thinking and feeling! The question we should always be asking is, "What am I thinking, and what am I feeling while thinking this particular thought?" Find out the exact feeling that is generated when we have a rush of thoughts.

So try keeping a small notebook and tracking your inner dialogue over a week, or record your self-observations on your smartphone. It is only by stepping outside of ourselves that we can see what inner conversation running in the background and how it keeps us stuck.

I recommend discipline for your soul purpose or dreams- that means being a disciple for your highest life! The most lasting change will come when you commit to a soul-led life as 'the boss'.

That's when you start to become the empowered hero starring in your own movie. You can re-write the script exactly as you choose, and the more it makes your heart sing and your body tingle, the faster change will come!

So who or what is your soul? And why should you make her 'da boss' in all your decisions? We are talking here about the 'Real You', inside the lovely shell of your physical body – the part that makes you truly human with all your incredible potential, and not just a homo sapiens.

While we can change our bodies to a certain extent, our souls are truly boundless, shape-shifters. It is said that we are not humans having a spiritual experience, but souls in a physical body. How awesome is that? Together in coordination with your mind, we can eat a meal, play the piano, compose a poem, make a baby, feel ecstasy, and a lot more all at the same time, and that is in itself truly miraculous.

Your soul can literally do anything it sets its physical and eternal heart on. What your soul wants is what you truly want. Are you listening? .

How do you hear the voice of your soul and take heed of it?

1. When you do what you are naturally gifted or talented at, your soul will speak 2. When you love what you do, your soul will speak 3. When you do what you do best of all, your soul will speak

The elevated emotions that result from us engaging in activities that correspond to the above will open us to a state of flow - when our brainwaves are between alpha and theta. This is the border between the conscious and the subconscious mind.

According to Sports Scientists, increased alpha brain waves precede peak performance. When you are in intense creativity, you are having a mystical theta-alpha brainwave burst where you engage in deep dialogue with your divine mind, and you'll be surprised by your performance. This is the brain state of "being in the zone" or flow, where your work feels effortless. When you combine your loves and gifts and what fires your values, and if you use that to serve the community, others or the world, you will be right slap bang in the middle of fulfilling all of your human potential.

Your work becomes your purpose and your flow. This is when your vibe is the highest and your access to higher states of consciousness is opened. This is when you unleash your divine power. Because when you listen to your soul through the voice of your heart, when you act on its wisdom, you become a true creator.

To sum up then, if you truly want to break down all barriers and truly makeover the beliefs that serve your highest life - you will need to make the following protocols a daily habit: 1. Stop arguing for your limitations. We all do it - excuses creates reality, even more than thoughts!

2. Identify where resistance comes from - use your intuition to define where your self imposed limitations come from, but don't let them define you!

3 Be uncompromising in making sure that each part of your expression, your gifts, what brings you bliss, your core values - not just ideals you keep for weekends, holidays and the future, but are a part of your daily experience. You will need to be ruthless about this, or you will find yourself at the end of the day with resentment, the end of the year with disappointment and the end of your life with regrets.

So start hacking, and don't stop.

And the world needs new content, new visions, and a unique rawness that gifts confidence to those who desperately need it.

For us to not stand in our truth, for us to not have those difficult conversations, the ones so many wish to walk and run away from, would be a huge disservice to the men and women who have gone before us and created legacies we still look up to today.

Mindful Morning manifesting Rituals The very best time to prime your mindfulness with the awareness you need to stay focused on your intentions and avoid worry, stress is first thing in the morning.

As we go about that darned process of repeating the same 60,000 thoughts we had yesterday, possibly undergoing the challenge of having our energy brought down by others, the power of our sub-conscious programming and the pressures of our environment, it is essential to use this sleep-to-waking transition time to anchor in radical change.

If there is one thing you can do for yourself to leverage that miracle time, it would be to wake up earlier, not necessarily to work out (that comes afterwards) but to prime your whole being for joy, prosperity, safety, protection, vitality, love, achievement and anything else you want before you do anything else.

Reminder: ritual is the most powerful way of informing your subconscious mind that you are serious about making changes.

Ritual is an intention in action. Ritual is what you do as you create new and better habits.

Rituals are mindful, they require cognitive focus and action.

Habits are ingrained automisms. So rituals are VITAL to create automatic habits!

And for High-Performance Rituals, I like to call them 'Richuals'!

Rituals are also actions that support the deepening of our spiritual and emotional connections. They bring extra brightness and fulfilment into our lives.

'Richuals' are one of the best ways of rewiring the brain for success.

Start with the end in mind: I give myself the luxury of doing this in bed.

I sit up in bed propped with pillows and a hot cup of tea so I won't fall back asleep.

First, before anything at all, I write some gratitude phrases which instantly connects me to the vibration of well being.

Do something as soon as possible after waking while your brain transitions from theta or alpha waves into beta (when you start thinking of all the things you have to get done today).

It could be journalling on your dreams, going outside to see the sun-up, some self-massage and stretching.

Make your first thing 'richuals' those of you playing at your highest level.

Create the habits of the person you want to become.

Start in the morning!

Repeat daily!

Accessorise your mindset: Why not choose an awareness bracelet or pendant for yourself?

A piece of jewellery you love that represents presence and awareness. It could be a charm that carries a symbol, or beads like prayer beads, or something you that you make yourself.

Throughout the day, if you find yourself ungrounded or tilted off-balance, touch your special amulet and bring your attention to what it represents to you.

Let it remind you to take some deep breaths to feel your feet firmly grounded, to drink some cleansing water, or simply to tune back into your soul again.

Awareness is awesomeness so give it some dazzle!

Drink and grow rich !Take your regular water bottle or flask (Yes you need one with you at all times!) and either write on it with an indelible pen or wrap some card around it on which is written a phrase that infuses the water with the optimum benefits for you.

You can express gratitude, love for the abundance of all that is good in your life, an affirmation of wellness, whatever you like.

It is has been demonstrated that water is highly sensitive to the vibrations of sound, emotion and intention.

Research proves that infusing your water with the highest thoughts augments its power; in doing so, a daily habit you do frequently becomes yet another richual for success!

The more you hydrate, the more you affirm your abundance!

Speak your dreams into being: Focus on your highest intentions before your to-do list.

Create a power phrase that vocalises both your purpose but also your power as a manifestor of your reality.

Speaking your visions and goals into being is one of the most ancient and efficient ways of praying.

That doesn't mean supplicating something like an extra client. It means you are creating an inner reality which will help you to rewire your brain neurons!

That is the first affirmation to make to yourself.

To command the day with your truth, to imprint the ether with your essence.

Success in the bag: Write out the following mantras to yourself.

Before you leave the house or enter the daily maelstrom world, carry them around them with you in your handbag. Just as you step over the portal, repeat to yourself: Today, I walk in balance.

Today I walk in awareness.

Today I walk in constant connection to my purpose and passions.

Today my soul leads my mind and body in the best directions for my ultimate well-being.

Today, my natural vibration of abundance and thriving will attract the best people and circumstances for my highest benefit.

Today my natural radiance will light my confidence in myself and my projects.

Today I will look for fun, ease and clarity.

Today I will remind myself that persistent practise always trumps a problem.

You can pop these or your own version of them on a beautiful, inspiring postcard, tweak them weekly and make them part of your hand-bag contents, like your wallet, cards, makeup etc!

Mindset MAKEOVER Worksheet

It is easier to be objective about our physical condition than our emotions and mind – our emotional universe.

That which we can see in the mirror, feed, dress and weigh, gets a lot of our attention. As a daily habit, we evaluate (and judge!) ourselves easily on the physical scale, but naturally, it is harder to be objective about the health of our emotional agility and state of mind that serves our aspirations and highest purpose.

Our mindset is as vital to our energetic balance as our physical vitality or life force. But since our brains and minds are super complex, it's much harder to 'measure' how our thoughts and default mental functioning work for us. There isn't a mindset scale to jump on in the mornings to see if we've accumulated emotional baggage since yesterday or lost some worry weight!

There are blank sheets after each part of the worksheet for you to download and journal on.

The following exercise is to help you objectively analyse how your emotional universe is turning for your highest aspirations. Used as a mini-retreat or meditation, this will enable you to evaluate the areas of your emotional world that need attention to bring you to your flow and alignment.

The following list of questions are designed to prompt you to insights about your current mindset and emotional well-being, with a scoring system which is as follows: on the subject of each question, assign yourself a score, as follows:

1. I understand this, and it works wonders for me = 4 points 2. I am learning how to do this, and regularly improve = 3 points 3. I'm sometimes challenged on this = 2 Points 4. I struggle with this often = 1 Point

Attribute a score from 1 to 4 to each question and then add them up. Remember, the point of the exercise is to gain insight into where you are right now and not to pass judgement on yourself.

The whole point is that questions are the most powerful catalysts of answers and insights, which serve purely to inform you of where you are to give attention to the areas that need it.

1. Self-love - do you consistently practice self-love and selfhonouring?

2. Monkey Mind default thought patterns – have you mastered the power of your thoughts?

Can you remain in true mindfulness for long periods in the day? Or are you victim to an over-active chatterbox mind that is often full of images and sensations that feel uncomfortable?

3. Do you believe your thoughts are conducive to fulfilling your dreams? Are you aware of your mental power over your circumstances?

4. Sensitivity to circumstances – are you a natural 'worrier'?

5. Moods – Is your 'default' mood one of victory and celebration?

Or do you struggle to stay daily in a high vibe focus?

6. Reactions – are you re-active to outside circumstances (events and circumstances), or do you take everything in your stride?

7. Can you analyse situations neutrally and be able to put them into perspective and respond calmly?

8. Perceptions - how much or little do you whinge or complain about your life or the world?

9. How often do you negatively judge others? Be honest here!

10. Do you talk about the past regretfully, as something you have had to overcome?

11. Are you authentic in everything you say, think, and do?

12. Do you cry often, lamenting your situation?

13. How well do you manage stress?

14. Do you stew in anger or resentment when things don't go to plan?

15. Do you feel in total control of your life?

16. Are you shy or intimidated in some company?

17. Are you capable of tearing up in the presence of bolshy or authoritative People?

18. Have you ever felt as though you were emotionally abused?

19. Are you capable of walking away from contention?

20. How much of your day is spent in real peace?

21. How much time do you spend actively day-dreaming and deliberately visualising your dreams?

Now add up the scores.

With possible scores between 21 and 84 A score of around 30 would indicate that some deep healing, forgiveness, some therapy and/or a kick up the butt are much needed.

Any mental and emotional misalignment slows down our ability to attract the things we most desire.

35 to around 50 Willingness to grow means you live in infinite possibilities.

That means there is every possible way that you can transform, become a high achiever and accomplish whatever you set your heart on.

55 - 70 Shows that you are a fine example of someone who is in the process of becoming as empowered and independent as you choose, with muchneeded attention to the areas that hold you back from attaining your potential and your desires.

You have a healthy grasp on your inner world but remain tuned to your bliss and values.

70 – 92 means that you've probably accomplished the shift that allows you to be truly aligning your inner and outer worlds with grace and ease and are free of 'default ' living most of the time. You have the power to know the difference between your intuition and your ego, your survival mechanisms and your most inspired and authentic bliss. You know how to ramp up your emotions as a game of life!

“Physician, know thyself” Remember, this IS a dance of transformation! Life is a ballet with you as starlet. No-one is judging, no one is really taking stock except you.

That's the whole point – shifting your focus from the outside inwards, seeing the areas you can improve. Gaining clarity on where you are and where you want to be. Take time to journal. And set your new north star. Your body and dreams are waiting.
