As your eyes adjust, you realise that the form you can see is a big YOU shaped hole, perfectly formed for you to walk right through it. It is glowing, ready for you to step into its Vortex that has been specially created for you. It is there to hold you, to uplift you and support you to get even more in flow with your true purpose.

When you are ready to step into it, you will feel the most incredible energy vibrate within you and around you. To be in this Vortex feels like you have finally found the signal for 'ME.FM', where the most incredible feelings of joy, peace, abundance and fulfilment surround you. Everything you were born to be, do and have awaits you here. All of the treasure you have been waiting for is on the other side of this light.

Are you ready to take the most extraordinary step of your life yet?

A few years ago during an Abraham Hicks Meditation, something she said resonated with me: "You will never be deprived while someone else gains". By this, I understood that the more you give to others, the more you'll receive for yourself. The more you receive, the more you can give and so on. It's a perpetual giving-fest where everyone wins!

Based on this epiphany and many years of evidence of this showing up in my own life, I believe the fastest way to receive all of the treasure that awaits you is to step into the treasure chest and ascend into the Vortex of giving. If by stepping into the Vortex of giving you automatically start receiving, it seems like a no-brainer to go for it, doesn't it?

Back in 2002, when I started my first of what would become nine businesses. I knew nothing about giving and the world of business. So I booked myself onto a bunch of courses to learn the basics in how to make my branding agency thrive. On one of these courses, the One Drop philosophy ignited my soul and started teaching me about the Vortex of giving. It began when the lecturer put his presentation up on the screen. He shared an image of a drop of water that caused a ripple on the surface of water.

With this image was a quote by Ryunosuke Satoro, which said:

"Individually, we are one Drop.

Together, we are an ocean.

I didn't hear another word he said for the rest of the presentation. All I could think about was, 'What is a One Drop?' 'What does a One Drop do?' 'Can anybody be a One Drop?'

'Can I be a One Drop?' 'If I were One Drop, what would I do?' 'How would a One Drop act?' 'What would a One Drop do for others?' 'How would a One Drop show up in the world?' 'What happens when all One Drops join up and become an ocean?" I did not stop thinking about it and filled my notepad with every thought that came into my head about One Drop.

I decided from that day on I would become a One Drop. I would commit to not just being another business owner who gets paid for delivering a service. I would make it my mission to be the greatest gift I could be in each life I touched. My One Drop would create a ripple for them, and as a result, they would go on to make great waves in the world. Every day, even before I opened my eyes, I started my morning with three deep breaths and silently repeated:

"Please guide me to be the greatest ripple maker I can be for others today."

That was in December 2002. I have repeated this practise this every morning ever since - just over eighteen years as of writing this message to you! Up until 2017, it was something that I kept to myself, but in August that year, I could no longer keep it quiet.

After coming off a film set as one of several thought leaders on a documentary in San Diego, I passed a crystal shop on my way back to LAX airport. I spotted a beautiful teardrop pendant and said to my friend Lyn, "Oh my gosh, that's One Drop!" She asked what One Drop is and I told her, thinking that everybody knew what it was. She urged me to buy the pendant and encouraged me to share my practice with the world. So, I bought it immediately!

Everywhere I went, people commented on the pendant because it glowed on me.

Every tour I spoke on, every interview, every stage I graced, every place I went, people

My

Brand

Builders Club members loved the story of One Drop so much that they even started buying their own pendants in all different colours and sizes. Still, because each of them was different, I felt it was no longer THE "One Drop", and I wanted to create a single symbol that represented unity for us all.

At my Global Changemakers Conference a few months later, I overheard two of my members hug with their One Drop pendants on and say "drop to drop" as they said goodbye. At that moment, I knew that One Drop had become something so much more than being a ripple maker and a force for good. It had also become a symbol of unity, where boundaries are dropped, egos put aside, and only love exists, "Drop to Drop".

Once my members had anchored in being the gift and ripple makers for others, there were some aspects of the original pendant to change, so that everybody could wear the exact same united symbol.

Together with my Mother Gill Cossins, who owns a craft and glass fusing workshop in France, we designed the perfect symbol for this Movement.

After 11 months of daily glass fusing with different types of glass, an assortment of finishes and failed attempts to create the bubbleless luminescent perfection that I could see in my mind's eye, the One Drop Unity™ pendant was born with the first 1000 pendants! The pendant is a stunning fused glass luminescent cabochon that glows when it hits the light. It is a global symbol of love, faith and unity.

Launching www.OneDropMovement.com has also enabled us to donate money to charity and support causes that change lives, such as ‘B1G1’, ‘Just One Ocean’ and ‘BEAM’, a charity that gives homeless people a career, pride and true independence through crowdfunding career training. I believe in giving a hand up rather than a handout, so One Drop supports causes that improve the quality of life for others.

One Drop is my unique divine passion project, my way to give back. YOU also have a divine purpose and give-back that is unique to you. Perhaps you already know what it is. Maybe you don't, and you are still on your journey. But no matter where you are on this journey, you will find your true purpose when you just start giving and moving forward.

You will not be alone! So let's go together and take the superhighway to help others. The faster you help them to get what they want, the quicker you will get everything you want. Yes, it really is that simple for the universe always delivers proportionately to what you give. The more you give to others, the more your emotional, physical, mental, financial and spiritual escrow will build up and keep paying out. The beautiful thing about giving is that it comes with so much love behind it. Love leaves no space for criticism.

the

biggest

limiting

beliefs

I

come

across

when

working

with

entrepreneurs to build their personal brands is their overwhelming imposter syndrome and the fear of being judged.

This fear contracts your energy and eats away at your confidence until you play so small that you become frozen in analysis paralysis. On the other hand, when you show up in the energy of love, light, contribution and generosity, you cannot

be

touched

by

judgment

or

criticism.

Love

energy

expands

your

vibration, reaching all of the other people who vibrate at the same high energy frequency as you. So, the more you give and the more you love, the more love comes back, and less criticism shows up.

You will know when you are in the Vortex of giving as it is an environment where EVERYTHING you ask for is always given to you. It is the place where there is no doubt or worry. There is no competition with others, no squabbling over who has what and there is no pushing against each other. It's the place where Source always responds to what you are asking for. In the Vortex of giving, Source always delivers on your request. As a result of your participation in the process, the whole of humanity moves on and becomes greater.

Maya Angelou

The late, great Maya Angelou taught us a lot about graceful, grateful and generous leadership. Her quote above is brilliantly simple, yet thought-provoking in its spirit and intention.

Living in the Vortex of deep gratitude is a universe that Maya created for herself and everyone around her. Whenever she spoke, you couldn't help but get drawn into that Vortex. Maya was a great teacher and brilliant mentor, yet she didn't set out to be the most qualified, or the best in the world, or even the most excellent thought leader of all time. She just woke up every day in her Vortex of giving, to carry forward the legacy that thousands of her ancestors had made before her. What a wonderful demonstration of One Drop!

values, culture, stories and love were enough. Just as you and everything you have already learned is enough. She made a conscious intention to take what had been passed down through the generations and carry on these beautiful legacies through the power of her gift with words. Her words made waves which crossed oceans to touch millions of lives all over the world.

You too have an incredible gift, but are you spending enough time in the Vortex of your gift?

How much time are you DOing as opposed to BEing?

What wave do you want to create in the world?

What ripple do you set out intentionally to create when you wake up every day?

What is your ONE DROP daily legacy?

In other words, how are you showing up every day for others?

Now is the first moment of the rest of your life and you get to choose what kind of One Drop you want to be!

Ultimately, it is your choice how you show up, how you rise up and how you brand yourself. It is your choice to be a positive force for good, the guiding lighthouse of the change you wish to see in the world and the very best example of being that change.

So, be the Drop you want to see in the world from this moment on, and I will look forward to seeing the effect of the great waves you make.

Quantum Leaps AN INSPIRED ACTION GUIDE TO RE-INVENTING YOURSELF!

I have spent the last year reinventing myself.

I have always been a quantum leaper. I am not afraid to jump.

This past year I made a Quantum Leap in my business - a big one.

From Fashion to Strategy.

From creating with my hands to creating with my head.

The two were always a part of me, but it became clear that I was ready to make the leap from one to the other.

I had a thriving hat business; my millinery line was one of the top-selling labels in the best hat shop in New York City. My brand was showcased for Fashion Weeks in NY, Paris, and London African Fashion Week. My hats were purchased by celebrities, asked for by Vogue, and most importantly, I had a covey of loyal clients who became collectors of my designs.

What made it clear to me that I was ready to take a quantum leap was pausing long enough to look at where I was and ask myself the very pokey question: "Is this actually viable?" When I asked that of my hat business, the answer was, "Not any more".

At least not in the same way I had been doing it.

We can't know what we want if we don't know where we are currently.

It's all in the pause and the poke.

There are some vital Inspired Actions you can take around this topic.

You'll want to be clear with who you are and what you want to bring to the world. I highly recommend giving yourself a couple of days on your calendar to Take A Pause.

Inspired Action equals Retreat!

I often suggest taking a pause and for a good reason. We can't know what we want if we don't know where we are currently.

I don't mean just asking "Is the money coming in?"

I'm talking about looking at the bigger picture; pausing for a moment to step slightly off your path and just sit down. Taking off the "Emotional Backpack" you are carrying with you.

Setting it down. Physically, taking a load off.

Then unpacking what you are currently, as we in New York say, "schlepping". Unpack every little thing inside.

If I am going to carry it with me on my own path, I have got to love it.

Your business.

Your staff.

Your family.

Your wellness.

Your commitments, Your other responsibilities.

Anything else that is along for the journey.

Think state or world events that you are concerned with.

Your hopes and dreams that you carry with you.

Just mentally unpack it all.

Let it be there in front of you. Let yourself relax from carrying all that weight.

Just look at it all. You can do this via visualization or often what I do is use post-its or index cards. I write everything down. I look at it all.

Then I take things away.

Does it bring me money? Not everything has to, but most especially when it comes to our businesses, yes, then it ought to.

Does it bring me profit? This is a pokey question! Just because something brings in money, doesn't necessarily mean it creates profit. This is a crucial question.

Revenue and profit are two entirely different things!

Sometimes we find ourselves hanging on to commitments, products, and services that are no longer valid or serving us. They could be out-dated, or we have already moved on from them internally. Removing these before we re-pack our satchel lightens our load.

Note: When preparing for a Quantum Leap, it's great to have the lightest load possible. You'll leap farther!

Inspired Action: Is it viable?

I often pick up each card or post-it with a product or service I offer and ask myself the following questions: Do I love it? Yes, love! If I am going to carry it with me on my own path, I have got to love it.

Do I have the capacity to carry on with this in a sustainable, exciting and inspired way? Yes, these last two questions really do decide if it's a Keeper, a Shifter, or a Releaser.

The Keeper and Releaser are pretty obvious. However, if in your inquiries you had some "Yeses" and "No's" in the mix‌ it may well be a "Shifter".

For instance, you might love the current offer you're putting out there, but while you are making money from it, you are also spending so much money to produce it, there isn't enough profit. (As in the case of my hat business.)

So shifts are great if you don't have to completely reinvent yourself. Ask yourself what you can do to shift how you are doing it.

When preparing for a Quantum Leap, it's great to have the lightest load possible.

What can you shift to bring in more profit or give you more space to increase capacity? If you really do want to continue to carry this in your business, how can you make it viable?

Taking that pause to retreat, and asking all these questions there is a ton of insight to be had in the process. You just may find that you, too, are ready for your own Quantum Leap.

For me, realizing that I had just hit the ceiling in my business and couldn't see the skylight to unlatch and grow farther, I looked deeper in my satchel.

What else was in there besides hat design?

That is the beauty of sitting there with all your skillset unpacked in front of you on a load of postits. In front of me, I saw all the years I had been in business. I saw all the skills I had used for my hat business and I saw the niche I could use to simply open the window and fly light!

I believe we are all multipotentialites. You may have spent your entire career functioning with just one form of expertise. But within that form, you have skills beyond what you actually sell. The exercise above will show you these skills.

When it came to my expression of reinvention, I set up my feed to be in rotating themes for my posts. . Travels . Love of 'Office Du Jours' (working from wherever I am) . Services - what I offer . Inspiration - my quest for helping people to show up as themselves, and weaving that into their work . Style My hats are represented everywhere as I am always wearing them. Seasonally, I bring back one style of hat that will be marketed.

This was my Shifter. A way to keep my foot in the door of a house I love without having to actually live there and schlepp it with me down my path.

For my feed, I simply run through these themes, rinse and repeat. I create a pattern just by the story I am telling. Strategically I am reinventing and training my audience to come along with me.

In the end, it's turning followers into clients‌ organically.

Honestly, the very best way to reinvent yourself is to simply take that leap and just be exactly who you want to be.

Inspired Action:Take The Leap!

It's your life. You can change it up anytime you want.

For me, I tend to do a check-in once a season to unpack my bag and see how I am feeling. Little shifts and small releases along the way have me re-charged and continuing on my path in a sustainable and inspired stride.

It's so much easier to travel down my path with my laptop and brain rather than carting multiple wood hat blocks, sewing machines, and all the accoutrements needed for hat design.

With new territory, it's vital to check-in with yourself and shift along the way. So yes, it's been a year of reinvention for me, and as always, I am so glad I took the leap!

I've now created my business to be around the inspired actions I took for my own hat business.

fulfilment, and vitality. Purple helps align oneself with the whole of the universe. And since the colour is a comination of those powerful primaries of red and blue, it has a myriad of shades and variations —each with their representations and meanings.

Purple is reputed to be one of the most difficult colours to wear. If you're wondering what to wear with purple, confidence is the first thing! It's a colour that doesn't often make the catwalks. Since it carries a resonance of mystical woo, and people are cautious about woo, we're missing out on sublimating our wardrobes with its royal power and magic.

Small doses can be tantalising and a full dose evokes drama and spectacle!

So what shade of the purple spectrum is right for you?

If you choose the right shades for your skin and hair palette, you can use purple as a secret weapon - you can add purple into your wardrobe for almost any occasion from formal to casual.

A lovely variation that visually falls between purple and blue, violet is easy to wear with any neutrals. It looks excellent paired with black, white and nudes, too. As part of a print, violet adds a rich and unexpected element.

Lavender also looks stylish and classy with any shade of denim; it adds soft femininity to white or other pastel colours like blush and sky blue. It pairs well with aubergine - eggplant, khaki and neutrals, but is also striking as a monotone alongside it's a more saturated version of Indigo.

So presented with a myriad of shades from wine tones, fruit and berry tones, to flower tones like orchid, mauve and heather, from bluer tones like indigo, cornflower and violet, to dawn and dusk skies and sunsets, the choice is vast. So here are a few guidelines on using purple in your style and image.

Understanding your skin's undertone is key to

finding

the

right

foundation

and

choosing the best colour palettes for your hue.

There are three traditional undertones: warm, cool and neutral. Warm undertones range from peach to yellow and golden.

Some people with warm undertones also have sallow skin. Cool undertones include pink and bluish hues.

If you have a neutral undertone, this means that your undertones are roughly the same colour as your actual skin tone.

It's important to note that your undertone isn't the same thing as your natural tone, or the colour of your naked skin before you put on foundation or any other makeup.

Even the fairest skin can have warm undertones, and darker skin can have cool ones.

If you can see your veins, you may be able to use their colour to identify your undertone. For example, if your veins look greenish, then you may have warm undertones.

People with blue or purplish-looking veins usually have cooler undertones. If you have neutral undertones, then your veins may appear colourless or match the colour of your skin.

Although you might play with different hair-dye colours and eyeshadows, your natural eye and hair colour may provide some insights into your undertones. Platinum and ash-coloured heads tend to complement cooler undertones, while mahogany and golden dyes look better if you have warmer undertones.

This is all good to know if you're thinking about changing your hair colour.

So, as a rule, cooler skin and cold hair tones are going to look good in the cooler, more saturated shades of purple Saturated means they have the maximum amount of pure colour, as opposed to shades and tones, which are blended with white, grey, black or another colour. Aim for contrast but if in doubt, check the colour against your unmade up face in the mirror and see if it uplifts your complexion or drags it down and makes you look sick!

If you're not a fan of bright colour as in my case (I love my neutrals), then you can use the power and spectacular effect of purple in accessories. - jewelry, hats, scarves, bags, shoes, I adore amethyst and violet stones and who woldn't love to strut in some purple satin heels?

Using the colour app, or your own judgement if you have a good eye for colour, try holding up accessories next to your skin and eyes to see of the effect is blah or bling in the mirror!

Experiment with soft violet eyeshadow or kohl crayon it is slattering for almost any eye shade!

Wherever you wear it on your body, with purple, you will not go un-noticed and that is a highly valuable thing in today's blah and saturated market!

purple cow may stand out in a world where every other cow is either brown, white, black, or a combination of those. But as marketers, we want more than attention. We want sales. Since Coco Chanel revolutionised the 1920s Fashion Scene with her then shocking monochrome outfits, the Little Black Dress, or LBD, has risen to iconic status as a paragon of versatility, sophistication and sexual allure.

Later, during the war, when textiles and fabrics were rationed, the simple black dress remained the outfit of choice, for elegance without breaking the bank.

In Hollywood for practical reasons, the LBD popularity grew.

Technicolor films became more common, and film-makers relied on little black dresses since other colours looked distorted on-screen often messing up the colouring process.

Since then, designers have relied on its power in the fashion market as a reliable timeless fashion staple that makes women feel good and makes money.

'What's not to love?' I hear you say. For me, image, which includes our style, energy and values, goes way beyond fashion. I'm not a great fashion lover since the whole concept is to have women aspiring to be like someone else's idea of what they should be like!

The designers and trendsetters determine the parameters year after year, and then women buy and wear clothes that look like everyone else's! When those are no longer fashionable, they discard them (worst pollution problem, on the planet) and go and stock up with a whole new lot of stuff so that they are seen to be following the fashion.

Um excuse me? Can someone tell me this is a good idea for empowered women who want to stand out from the crowds and uphold values far above a follow the sheep mentality?

What's more, black doesn't suit everyone! That's the ridiculous thing about fashion; just because the colour is trendy, everyone wants to wear it, regardless of whether it enhances their beauty and personality or not. Let's go deep on why that is. I believe that the popularity of black has enabled women to get lazy about finding their signature look and expressing their personality.

How can we be so fussy about our branding and websites and so unconcerned about our appearance? It's not coherent!

Website, branding, our PR image - they should all be reflections of our purpose and values. They should reflect the right messages that you, as an entrepreneur, want to convey usually something along the lines of 'pick me!', 'buy me!', 'sign up!', 'join us!'.

Remember that we are in this energetic universe? Where everything including your beauty, your, your vitality your business, your abundance, are all down to energy. Everything is energy. And so is style, fashion and Image.

Colour, like sound, is one of the most powerful energies in the natural world! In the colour spectrum that makes up the frequency of light, black does not exist. It's a black hole, a void, a no-thing. And that's not all; black is linked to the unknown the occult, the unseen. That is typically associated with the negative.

Authoritative and powerful, the colour black can evoke strong emotions, and too much black can be overwhelming.

In heraldry, black is the symbol of grief. It is the colour of uniform, authority, religion and witchcraft.

Black sends contradictory sensory messages. It is both severe and seductive, chaste & raven, posh & discreet, austere & chic, sinister and tantalising.

In colour psychology, black symbolises power and control. It can be intimidating, unfriendly and unapproachable because of the energy of power it exudes. It can prevent two-way communication because of its intimidation. The salesman wearing all black will make a lot of sales, but no friends!

Black implies self-control and discipline, independence, a strong will and the corporate environment.

On the other hand, black absorbs negative energy. It is useful to carry something black with you to protect you from harm and negativity when travelling or when going about your usual daily activities outside your home.

People who like black may be conventional, conservative and serious, or they may think of themselves as being sophisticated or very dignified. Usually, people wear black to hide - their body or their personality or maybe a secret.

If you look at a woman dressed in colour, she will radiate in those colours. You will see the woman, her beauty, charm and personality.

If you look at a woman wearing black, your eyes will be attracted to the black, not to the woman. It's the way that black works on the mind and our sight! If you go on a date dressed in black, the guy you're about to meet will not be able to tell anything about you (which might be a deliberate move on your part haha!) Anyway, beware the conflicting effect that black can have on people!

And be honest, look at yourself in the mirror, does it actually suit you? The power of black usually effaces Spring Summer and Autumn palettes! Only Winters carry off black really well. It's one weird non-colour!

Now you might hate this article and be railing against me, thinking of all the LBDs you have hanging in your wardrobe, how convenient it is to throw black on, how you don't have to think about it, that 'it will do' anywhere and everywhere.

If that is so, just reflect on what that says about the way you treat your Image! All of those thoughts about yourself, including your image, body, and clothes are truly creating your reality!

So it's a good habit to check yourself and your mindset when dressing in the morning! Ok ok‌I get it! You are very attached to black! So here are some caveats on how to make the LBD something entirely original, individual and still reflect your personality.

Find out your colour palette. I recommend using the free app Color.Wise that I mentioned in the previous article. If you are on the scale of spring, summer or autumn colour palettes - give your black clothes away.

Failing that try adding any of these items to black to diffuse its power and add some edge: A denim jean jacket or a neutral coloured, soft leather bomber. Both of these make statements that dominate the black!

In fact, pairing with anything in neutral colours - a blazer, scarves, jewellery, accessories, black is always classier when it is paired with a neutral shade. That's what made Chanel famous!

Neutral colours are the perfect way to sublimate black.

Avoid saturated colours and black together—pink, yellow, green, orange, purple are no, no, nos. Blue can work; it's a combo that has been used by designers often. Apart from the beige family, blue can look sophisticated with black. Black and white patterns are very alluring, as Coco found out with her tweeds and her black and cream suits. However, as pure white is also a noncolour, avoid using them together in black and white blocks.

Avoid overdoing the jewellery with black, or you will be sending out a powerful signal that you may not want!

Wear your favourite colour, or eye colour near your face, and black as a skirt, jeans or trousers.

Mix black with unfussy monochrome patterns - that means simple designs that contain 2 or 3 max shades of the same colour.

Finally, to find your very own classy, elegant version of the Little Black Dress, seek the BMD dress - the Big Me Dress. The one which expresses your preeminence, your unique charm, personality and charisma.

Take your favourite colour from your palette and mix a little black into it (in your head!) What colour do you get? You should be imagining anything from deep copper, conker, mahogany, through burgundy and prune or aubergine, moving on to pine, deep moss, and ivy, to deepest jade, then abyss or midnight blue, indigo and dark violet to egg-plant or deep royal purple. These shades are all black with colour mixed in to them! These 'coloured blacks' have both light and energy.

They will flatter your skin tone, hair and personality. They will also flatter your figure, and they carry the best symbolisms that black does! Seductive, posh, tantalising. With the frequency of colour, personality and communication infused into the darkness.

Coco Chanel sublimated black by trimming and accessorising in cream - a neutral. If it had been any other colour, she may never have gone down in the history books as one the most visionary Fashion Icons of all time.

You see, you can have your blacks and wear them too!

We just had to get the dark truth out the way.

And naturally this is an energy field that prospects pick up on!

'You can't wait to feel love, abundance and vitality (to create them) based on cause and effect, that's the old model of reality" Dr Joe Dispenza I'm sure that the phrase, "Thoughts are things" (coined by the super-successful Law of Attraction teacher, Mike Dooley) is as familiar to you now as "Three Blind Mice". Through the phenomenal cyber spread of information and the formidable work of pioneers in neuroscience such as the formidable Dr Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton, millions of people all over the world now are familiar with the idea of how our thoughts and actions influence our life conditions. This is the dynamic which is governed by quantum science and the law of attraction.

The 'Law of attraction' is merely a term for the nature of how our universe functions as a human to provoke the events and circumstances we want to experience. With the special power of free will and awareness that humans uniquely possess, scientists, spiritual cultures and mystics since the beginning of time, have concluded that everything in the universe is created because of what we're observing about it, and how we feel in observing it.

The shorts: The brain and the body are one. The brain is in the body, it is part of the body, and it controls the body. Your emotions drive your habits and influence the events and circumstances that you experience. Your mental states affect your bodily posture, and your posture influences your mental and emotional states - your vibration. Your vibration is your energetic frequency, and it determines your whole life trajectory.

Energy, Vibration and Frequency.

What do those terms actually mean?

Well, you probably know that EVERYTHING is energy! Everything in our known world is organised as waves and particles. Whether it be a human, a plant, chair, or a thought, everything in our existence is part of an interconnected web of electromagnetic vibrational frequencies.

Vibration refers to the oscillating and vibrating movement of atoms and particles caused by energy. Even apparently solid objects like tables, are actually made up of microscopic vibrating atoms that receive, store, and emit energy.

All humans and objects have an energy field that has its own vibrational frequency which, like music and sound, is measured in Hz. Atoms oscillating at a rapid rate are considered a higher frequency than those vibrating at a much slower speed. Differentiating between high and low frequencies is valuable for understanding how the two interact with each other, and can they have a direct knock-on effect on your well being and wealth.

As with everything in the universe, humans are capable of operating at an optimal frequency. This occurs when each of the cells in our body vibrates at the frequency it was designed to. According to scientific research sources, a healthy body resonates at a frequency of 62 -70 MHz. When your frequency drops below 58 MHz, you are vulnerable to the low frequencies of bacteria, viruses, and disease.

With 50 or so trillion cells in our body working away to keep us in homeostasis (wellness) it serves us to pay attention to that fundamental fact and honour them!

You've probably heard this before, but this is the nitty-gritty.

So let's break it down.

Our well-being depends on many criteria, unique to each of us, but for everyone, is composed of 4 main arenas: 1 Our physical well-being – body, health, vitality A healthy body in a state of ideal homeostasis (that is, everything working hunky-dory), emits an energetic field - an aura of vitality. This field can be measured and even photographed.

Optimum vitality is a natural gauge of how high our vibe is .Cherishing our daily body care with exercise and good nutrition is one of the most potent ways to raise the frequency of positivity, required for constant, durable magnetism of our desires.

Physical challenges (a body out of homeostasis) leads to a lowering of our vibe. This phenomenon is nearly always connected with the next facet: 2 Our emotional or inner well-being – thoughts, feelings, beliefs A body that is not in optimum in can still access the sensations and chemical processes that make-up an individual who spends most of his or her time, happy, peaceful and worry-free. We can be overweight or unfit and still resonate with the thoughts and emotions of a highly successful person. There are lots of out-of-condition business moguls out there. But money and vitality are connected. Even if material success evolves in a body that is not in the optimum state, at some point in their life, your physical condition will eventually have its say about your life and limit you in another area of abundance, fitness, love, highest potential. Don't believe me? Then become really expert at the idea that your whole potential is determined by the state of physical wellness you have. One thing is for sure. Success is a struggle if our predominant mood, vibe and attitude are negativity and resistance.

A low vibe that comes from incessant mind chatter about banal things stress, non-serving beliefs, doubts, low moods, worry, anger, resentment (shall I go on?) is THE MAIN thing in determining how fast or slow we can magnetise our desires and dreams.

3 Our material well-being – money, environment, abundance "How can money be part of our whole human make-up?" I hear you ask.

Well, this is where it gets fascinating. According to Gary M Douglas in his book 'Becoming Money', if power, control, awareness, creativity and joy are all states which have the same vibrational frequency as money, then to become those states is to attract the energy of money towards you.

For sure, our material circumstances reflect us even if they don't define us.

4 Our eternal self, our passions, values, dreams.

This is truly where our highest vibe comes from, and when we tap it into it and live by it, it sorts out all the rest! Our eternal selves, or souls, are located beyond the day to day, functioning of the mind. However the latest research suggest, they may well be connected through the heart. The heart, of course, is the part of us that yearns, desires, dreams, and the expansion we crave. The mighty Heart Math Insitutute has demonstrated that different patterns of heart activity (which accompany different emotional states) have distinct effects on cognitive and emotional function. All of these states can be measured energetically. Naturally, our dreams are intrinsically linked to our minds, our biology and our souls and our money! We want to enjoy the full range of human abundance and fulfilment, along with a sense of our place in the world, our purpose.

Committing to a soul-led life will oblige us to check out our very highest vision of life on all levels because it will impulse us to find our purpose, our 'why'.Being connected to our 'why' invites in the highest vibe of all!

Each of these four facets of our well-being needs to be constantly re-calibrated for us to know true harmony and be in the best possible state to magnetise our desires to us.

When one or more of the facets are weak, we find ourselves in anxiety, struggle and dis-empowerment. If we have a motivation to grow and develop, when we recognise a weak facet in ourselves, we tend to work on that part. For example, If we're overweight, we go on a diet. That's OK, but it would be more expansive to work on some profoundly ingrained emotional issues around food or change our environment.

If we are depressed, we tend to seek an instant solution by getting therapy, rather than checking out what our heart yearns for! If we need more money, we tend to economise it, work harder or maybe get another job. But working with our non-serving beliefs about money and re-enforcing our mind-set is indispensable in the alignment equation!

And for those who have no idea of their soul's quest, voilĂ a life of constant distraction in a foggy pursuit of satisfying yourself through your environment and material things.

When we understand the correlation between each of these four facets, and how the abiding laws of the universe interweave themselves around each part of our life, we become empowered to step into our true omnipotence as deliberate creators of our reality. At any moment, when we feel out of alignment, balance or harmony, we will know which facet to give our focus and attention and bring yourself right back to being 'well'.

So which comes first? Mind-set? Physical wellness? Soul purpose?

Material necessity? It always, always, always begins with the soul.

Soul, the eternal energetic entity that defines your existence, always has your well-being at heart. And your soul has a plan to help you find it.

So where do you start from where you are?

Take an honest inventory of where you stand right now with each of the four holistic arenas on the previous pages.

Go and read and listen to the myriad of resources given freely on the internet by the experts I mentioned above. If you already have done so, and know about this stuff and haven’t made the changes you need to, then you are out of alignment.

And my question to you is, What will it take to make you change?

Will you wait for a crisis or a pandemic? Will you wait to suffer physical degeneration? Will your life be another tragedy of unfulfilled potential?

Will they even remember you? Are you resigned that getting old equals the idea of 'retiring'? From what? From life?

You are not alone! That existence is considered ‘normal’ to most of the world's population.

There is a crack in everything, that’s where the light gets in” Leonard Cohen “ At every moment of every day, you are choosing money or not choosing money.Yes that's right, those choices may be subconscious, but they are either repelling or attracting money. So I want to share with you a fun way to take total power of your choices and make them work for you.

So as I said, every single time you make a choice, it's either aligned or misaligned to money. You're either vibrating money, or you're not. Whether you know it or not, you're constantly communicating with the bigger, more successful version of you.

And there is communication profitable!

Imagine for a moment that your business is a party. Your life is your party, actually, but imagine we are looking at the business part of your party.

So you've decided that you're going to invite some people to your party, but they turn out to be a dysfunctional family.

Gloom! Actually, this isn't fantasy, its what goes on at most people's life and business party!

So this dysfunctional family essentially represents energies. I call them the No-SoFab-For. And they have names! I call them Obligation, resentment, guilt, and sacrifice.

All of these energies, when you choose them, when you do them when they are underneath every action that you take, they are toxic to your life and to your business.

They do not resonate to money at all.

So let me introduce each one for you so you can cancel their invitations!

Obligation is like your big bullying brother.

He's the big bully brother of the gang. He's always yelling at everyone and telling everybody what to do. He's a ringleader. So, if you're doing Obligation in your life or your business, the way universal law of like attracts like works, Obligation will beget Obligation. Voilà, an unwelcome guest!

But there's worse, Obligation always, always goes hand in hand with his twin sister. Her name is resentment. Because you're going to resent anything that you're doing out of Obligation. They always go absolutely hand in hand. And so then, you're creating Obligation and resentment.

Next, in this unsavoury family, let me introduce you to sacrifice. This means that anytime you're doing something you don't really want to do, you are sacrificing yourself and your own wants and needs. You're telling the universe that you're not worthy, that what you want and what you desire isn't available for you.

Whether it's because you think you can't or don't know how to avoid doing things that are filled with heavy resistance if you accept them and do them anyway, then you're choosing them and what I call less-thanexperience.

Resentment will flare up again; she is like the passive-aggressive family member; when you go along and do things you don't really want to do, and you're simmering underneath; this is money-repelling energy.

So there you are, you've got these three guys at this party. You've got Obligation, resentment and sacrifice. And then there's the quiet fourth one. And the quiet ones are the ones you've really got to watch because they are the neediest and most insidious.

Guilt is the quiet one as unseen and unfelt, it sneaks in, and it makes a real mess.It's connected to Obligation because what goes on in your head is to carry out Obligation so that you don't feel bad. In that silent guilt is the consequence and it too does not resonate to money attraction but repelling.

In feeling guilty in this context, you're choosing a less than experience again.

So the thing about Obligation and why it is so toxic is that it's the opposite of freedom. One of the reasons we love money so much is that we're so in love with the idea of financial independence.

Freedom is the opposite of Obligation on the vibrational spectrum.

So all these guys are calling up and texting all their like-minded friends, so you find yourself with even more Obligation, more guilt, more resentment, more sacrifice, they will be popping up everywhere in your life and your business. Absolutely everywhere.

And yet, they're not gate crashers in your party. You invited them. That's the most important thing. And it's the beginning of change. You must be able to identify where you're asking these energies into your life and your business. You must be able to be more discerning about your friends because these guys are not friends of money!

They are not friends of your business, and they're not friends of your life.

What's more, there's usually a real person involved, and things get even more complex.

So how do you get rid of them or uninvite them mindfully?

So imagine you've invited this whole dysfunctional gang to the party - your life party.And remember that we live in a like attracts like universe.

Well, here's the thing as well about energy, you compartmentalize it.What do I mean by that?

Maybe you're telling yourself, I'm going to do everything right in my business. For example, I'm only going to do everything I love. I'm only going to hang out when I want to. So I'm only going to do all the things that feel really good to me.

And then off you go and do a ton of stuff in your life that still resonates to Obligation, guilt, and resentment and sacrifice; what happens then is that that is going to cancel all your good intentions out. The universe doesn't recognize and respond with "Oh, well, she's doing all the right things in her business, he's doing all the right things in his business, so we'll just make sure he's got a successful business".

That's not how it works at all.

The universe just reads the vibration of everything you keep doing and then perpetuates it, so you're creating congruent conditions right across the board every time you choose these energies. In other words, like a dysfunctional VA, it helps you perpetuate everything that is not going to help you attract the level of money you desire!

Then people wonder why they are so misaligned when it comes to money. And the reason they're so misaligned is that money is an energy that, like us, exists in the third-dimensional world that we live in.

As human beings, money is how we assign value. It represents value. We pay for things that we value enough that we want them in our lives. So if money represents value and then you go about your day implementing and resonating in Obligation, guilt, resentment, and sacrifice, you're not a vibrational match for money at all. What you're really doing is devaluing yourself, your valuable experience, your precious gifts. And in doing so, you're entirely misaligned.

Is this ringing any bells for you?

Are you throwing this kind of party daily?

If there's a ton of stuff that you think 'I've got to do it', 'I have to do it', 'I must do it', 'I should do it', that's Obligation.

You just sent him an invite.

The moment you feel that, or you can put those phrases in front of a sentence, you know that the chances are that you've invited the other three along for the party as well.

And welcome to another day when you are under your biggest self's potential to raise your income capacities.

If that is the case, it's time to detox. You've got to un-invite them. It's an opportunity to get better friends. And it helps get the friends of money!

Because let's be clear, who wants to be at that kind of bloody party anyway? I don't want to be at that party. Nobody wants to be at that party.

The other friends, they'll creep in the back door, and before you know it, you've got a house full of this dysfunctional family that is not vibrating at money. It can't vibrate at money. It is impossible for it to vibrate abundance, money, anything that you truly want because ultimately, you're choosing a less than experience.

So you want to start to detox that as much as possible.

At first, it may require baby steps, but you can also leverage. By that, I mean if it feels really overwhelming, for example, to start to detox the energies of obligations in say, your business, you can look at your life outside of your business and other life areas and ask yourself, well, where can I make some small changes there?

Remember, the compartmentalize.

Even if you make a small change that's in alignment outside of your business, outside of your money, it will still impact your business and your money and your finances. The universe doesn't care if you're misaligned or aligned. It doesn't have an opinion, it just responds to what you're vibrating and doing.

And the good news is that you can switch from one to the other very, very quickly, if you're committed to the process.

So say you know that you've got the not so fab four regularly, what are you going to do about it? Well, you can start by looking at the obligations that you've got going on in your life and your business, and just ask yourself, how can I do more freedom?

Sacrifice. Sacrifice is an energy that it's really you not owning your power. It's about stepping back and being small and saying somebody else's experience is more important than yours, whoever that person is, whatever that thing is.

The key to freedom which attracts financial freedom is to search for the energy that resonates with the energy of empowerment.

You can start by identifying where you are making sacrifices. Identifying theme and taking the power back. You can ask yourself 'How can I do this in a more empowered way?'

Next, with resentment, that passive-aggressive sibling. Tune into where it is showing in your emotions. Resentment feels, if you feel into it, it feels very contractive, sort of angry and frustrated expansion.

Which leads me nicely on really to the energy of guilt. Choosing guilt isn't very loving to yourself. And it certainly, isn't very loving to the other people or persons involved if indeed, there are people involved. Why? Because we're all source. We're all connected to source. We all have the same resources to get everything we need to create lives that we want and love.

When you do something out of guilt, you're looking to manage other people's expectations of you. So you're shrinking to fit, but what you're also doing is energetically holding that other person or persons in a lower vibration.

You're making assumptions about that person and acting on them, that they don't have the same connection to source and the same amazing abilities to generate and create a life that they truly want.

So when it comes to guilt, I always suggest that you look for self-love. Start by asking yourself how can I do this thing in a more loving way? This often shows up as a need to reset boundaries. But you ask yourself, how can I change this and do this thing in a more loving way?

The fantastic thing about energy is that when you make a choice that is aligned for you, it is always aligned for everybody else whom that choice affects. It has to be, it's the law.

So even though you may feel uncomfortable and maybe even scared about it, you can absolutely trust that the universe has got your back when you make these new choices.

Very soon, you will be vibrating money. Of that, I can absolutely assure you. This party metaphor represents the hidden stuff that goes on that most people don't f realize is going on for them.

And so, go out and do your thing, and make your changes, and create tons of abundance, because that's what you're going to be contributing to the planet when you do that. That's the energy you'll contribute to the planet.

It's time to throw a new kind of party folks, one with friends and guests who resonate with abundance and freedom and joy and all the things you desire.

A 'declaration' is a kind of speech; an action that brings a possibility into existence.

We live in a world where all is possible. The way we master that possibility lives in our imagination. When we declare something in language – when we speak as if "This is so!", then that creates a 'possibility'.

As a rule, human beings automatically act into the possibilities they create, because we view our circumstances through the veil of the possibility that we create through language.

Next, we go about finding evidence to corroborate what we created as a possibility. We start with 'language', and then act that possibility into existence in the material world. Within time, we are living in a real future we had earlier created as just a possibility.

Be careful with your language. Be aware of what you think. Be mindful of what you say. Pretend you are creating your future with your actual thoughts and words, because you are. That should wake you up!

Life is like a board game made up of the 'moves' we make. Our moves are in our language. There are 'distinctions' in language, so it behoves you to know and understand these distinctions.

Just as you may have a hammer and a saw in your tool kit, you also have 'tools' (moves in the game) in language. Each distinction in language has a different job to do, just like a hammer and a saw.

Let's go deeper into this because if you are aware of how to make the right moves, you have an advantage over most of the people on the planet.

So when we communicate with each other, there are several language 'distinctions' Requests, Offers and Promises. These 'distinctions' generate action; in other words, your board game moves!

Assessments are based on interpretations -

If you want a particular outcome to happen,

People exist in this world in two ways – who they truly are (which only they know), and as an 'Identity' – as in, the way they show up for others. Your identity exists in the assessments that others have of you. If you assess that I am lazy, then that is my identity (for you) and how I show up (for you).

I. If you frown, I might say to myself, "She is unhappy". Of course, I can't know if you are unhappy. You might actually be very happy but have a headache, or even be confused about something. In doing this, I am adding my own meaning to the action you are taking (a frown). Once I make my assessment (based on the action I see you take), then that is who you are to me – that is the 'Identity' that shows up for me.

We all operate and collaborate in a subjective world, in which the identity of the person is not the REAL person. So it is essential to know that assessments are forming the Identities – caused by our interpretations, which may be accurate - or not.

Why Successful Women Find It Harder To Be Successful In Their Personal Lives

...and what to do about it.

Here are the top 4 reasons I have identified for why it’s even harder for strong, highachieving women to be successful in love:

Reason #1: Wanting To Impress The Man The very first problem lies with women wanting to impress the men they go on dates with.

We feel like we have to work hard for love. It’s the same psychology that we apply in work, in business — “If you work hard, you get success.”

However, to be successful in love as a woman, the first thing you need to do is overcome this belief and the desire to 'impress' with your hard work.

On the one hand, when women try to impress a man, they are not even being their best selves. They fall into what I like to call 'auditioning' behavior, which is the opposite of showing up with authenticity.

Secondly and even more importantly, trying to impress is a quintessential masculine attribute. Think of the peacock showing off his gorgeous tail in front of the peahen. Or the lion roaring and ruffling his mane in front of the lioness.

And this leads us to the second reason why it’s hard to be successful in love as a highachieving woman.

Reason #2: Acting From Their Masculine Energy Don’t get me wrong – masculine energy is amazing. Having and using a healthy dose of it is the key to being successful in our lives and in our careers – just not to being successful in love.

In order to create attraction and love, polarity is essential. One partner needs to predominantly carry the masculine energy, while the other carries the feminine energy in the relationship.

As the Modern Diva’s Love Coach, I tend to work with women who use a lot of their masculine energy to be forceful, driven, and be in control. That’s great for getting ahead in the workplace.

But we are so used to doing it in our careers that, when we show up to a date, we are still doing it.

We offer to pay, we open doors, we don’t wait until he reaches for the check… This is all masculine, chasing behavior, which will push away masculine men and attract men who are more in their feminine.

Now, there’s nothing inherently 'wrong' with a relationship where the woman is the masculine partner. Some women are happy to always lead, and they can be successful in love and have a fulfilling relationship by embracing the masculine role.

However, in my experience as a love expert, MOST women are not happy in this role. They tend to tire of always being the ones to plan dates and trying to push the relationship forward.

This is where cultivating their feminine energy come in. Especially for the strong, highachieving career woman of today, who operates in her masculine for most of her time, this can feel unnatural and difficult at first. Luckily, learning practical ways to switch from masculine to feminine energy can be a game-changer. This can allow the modern woman to channel this part of herself and become successful in love as well.

Reason #3: You Can’t Be Successful

Without Vulnerability I believe this is a crisis in today’s society.

We live in a very confused world, where we don’t know anymore what fosters love. Even though we all want it, we don’t know how to receive it, or access it.

For many of us, we don’t want to open our hearts to anyone. We want easy, quick sex, convenience, and then we are not able to move beyond that point.

Many women come to me and say they are intimidating men with their strength and career achievements. They believe that being successful at work is what’s preventing them from being successful in love. But believing this is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Men are not intimidated by a woman’s success, but by her lack of vulnerability and connection.

And being vulnerable and open is hard when you’re in the habit of always having your guard up.

This is why, in my private and group coaching programs, as well as in my highlevel self-study programs, I teach women to embrace vulnerability in a high-value way, including being authentic, expressing their feelings, and overcoming intimacy fears.

Reason #4: You Can’t Be Successful In Love Without Self-Love & Enough-ness So many senior-level executives, CEOs and business professionals project an allure of having it all together. And yet, despite this, there is something deep inside, a voice of 'not good enough,' that blocks them from love.

When you start to dig in to the hearts of these amazing women, you find that their identity and their worth is defined by what they do and what they achieve. These are women who, if they can do more, they feel more worthy.

In some sense, we are not dating to receive love, we are dating to get validation, to achieve something. But you don’t 'achieve' a partner. You have to invite and attract them into your life.

Moreover, not feeling worthy and enough from the inside can also be why strong, smart, successful women can end up in abusive or toxic relationships.

They think that if they just keep giving more to their partner, they will eventually turn things around.

In fact, to be successful in love, this is the most important thing we have to turn around: believing that you are valuable just because you are, and that you are absolutely enough in spite of all your imperfections.

It has nothing to do with what you’re achieving on the outside… A man doesn’t fall in love with you because you’ve led so many meetings, and been on TV, and traveled the world and can speak five languages. He falls in love because of the connection he feels with you.

And Yet – It Doesn’t Have To Be Hard!

Despite all the reasons I’ve listed above, becoming successful in love is far from impossible, even for the strongest and most high-achieving woman in the world.

In fact, as the hundreds of success stories in my community attest – attracting and keeping a great man and a blissful, fulfilling relationship and marriage is easy with the right tools.

All that is needed is a willingness to leave behind the masculine paradigm used to get ahead in the workplace, and being open to learning a new set of skills for romance.

Are you in overdraft or credit?

In the desire to experience and achieve the highest version of our lives, at some point, we will be called to look at our wellness routines and ask ourself if those routines are really coherent with us playing at our highest level.

Many people claim to take care of their bodies through reasonably healthy eating and some exercise, but I challenge you to ask yourself if 'reasonable' is a vibrational match for your highest life?

If you give your business most of your hours and you make self-care 'fit in', what does that say about your priorities?

That money means more to you than your wellness?

What we place our attention on grows, which means abundance in all its forms, including wellness, or as I call it 'WELLth'!

I regularly share that I believe that each one is free to determine their level of optimum wellness - up to a certain point (the mind will believe whatever you keep telling it!).

However, science is science, biology is biology and energy is energy (see my article in this edition on why a high energetic frequency is necessary to create abundance). There shouldn't be any need to justify this most vital way of being WELLthy.

And yet, millions upon millions of sick, tired, lethargic, weak and dis-eased, overweight and under-toned people with low vibrational energy testify to the contrary!

Apart from the evident effects that physical well-being has on your ability to engage in joyous physical activity, living

pain and

disease-free, enjoying a long, sexually active life is a noble accomplishment for any human.

Still, there is a more subtle effect; absence of your optimum physical wellness will eventually arise in inner conflict and/or a lowering of the vibration which attracts sustainable abundance in some form, be it love, strength, peace of mind or money.

Many people who are rigidly desk-bound either in jobs or working on the internet, are keeping away their optimum alignment for attracting abundance.

The world's most successful leaders, athletes and sporty changemakers demonstrate that there is a direct correlation between high achievement and peak physical health.

Pioneers in neuroscience such as the awesome Dr Joe Dispenza, describe in scientific detail how those functions interact in the body, brain and material world.

There are exceptions of wealthy, successful, happy but physically unwell or very overweight people achieving great things in their lives (along with total fulfilment). Still, I find there is a naivety in there. If we're not optimising our health and fitness, it will have repercussions on our inner world! If we're not ok on the inside, it will eventually manifest in our bodies. Delaying taking the best care of our bodies and health is to delay our dreams.

One day our wellness, or lack of it, will catch up with us.

Energy is as precious a commodity as money. We need wealth reserves to function in the world and exchange value through currency. Such as it is with our 'WELLth' reserves.The body is always drawing on its reserves of energetic vibration. Whether it's through the need for sharp, sustainable concentration for productivity, positive hormones to stay mindful and upbeat through the challenges of being an entrepreneur. Whether you're balancing accounts, writing cheques, phoning clients, creating brilliant content, shining at meetings, your energy determines your well-being in the moment.

Either you are spending it, saving it, or using that energy to enhance your life and that of others. Either you're attracting or repelling abundance.

Preeminence is about the infinite abundance that follows a life dedicated to high achievement, not just mediocre, middle of the road aspirations.

Attaining your optimum physical well-being, whatever your age, shape or circumstances, is one of the most fundamental conditions in that vision.

Still, you cannot be at your full potential unless you have total harmony and feel like a million dollars for a substantial part of the time! Here is where you take an in-depth look at where you are with your own commitments. The purpose of this self-interrogation is because we can harness the Power of Inquiry that allows us to grow and evolve in the best way possible in boundless possibilities.

I suggest you do the following exercise as soon as possible after reading this, in a moment when you won't be disturbed. After all, there is nothing more important in the world than your WELLth! Nobody in the universe, but you, is better suited to being your most honest and loving advocate. So answer the questions honestly. Don't cheat, keep your ego in check and open your heart as you answer.

This is between you and YOUR BEST, MOST PREEMINENT SELF!

Answer the following questions and score them on a scale from 1 – 10 on each aspect.

0 = In dire need of attention 10 = I've really got this sussed.

Add up the individual scores, so you get one score out of 100.

Be objective about which are the areas you need to improve or are urgent! Which are the Physical Body areas you need to improve and optimise?

Remember, every one of these states has a direct impact on your vibrational or energetic' frequency', on your thoughts, on your emotions and your inner dialogue. By doing so, you will quickly see which ones need to be improved. All of these conditions have a knockon effect on your thoughts, emotions and actions!

All of these basic habits and 'functions' are what interact with the unified forces of nature, the quantum which is organising your daily experience!Remember the Principle of Harmonious Attraction.

Standing in the shower, after a full day of working out mind, body and soul, it is too easy to just stand there and allow the water to flow over us, before falling into bed mentally and physically exhausted, without witnessing the miracle power of gratitude towards ourselves.

We turn on the water, shampoo, rinse, apply conditioner and, whilst the conditioner works its deep nourishing magic. We set about washing and exfoliating our bodies, perhaps shaving the armpits, checking out our legs, wondering if we should do those or wait for the waxing session. Then we rinse off from our heads to our toes.

In this simple ritual, how many of us take the time to reflect and wonder at the truly magnificent body we are blessed with?

Maybe we notice that c-section scar, with or without the slight overhang (depending on how old we are, and the body fat we have lost or gained over the years).

Or the cellulite we've gained from sitting on our butts enjoying countless meals out with loved ones, laughing, reminiscing and planning for the future. Plus the hours we've sat in meetings as we have built businesses, the hours sat talking and studying with our children over their hopes, dreams and fears.

The laughter lines on our faces that we label wrinkles; how many hours of uncontrollable laughter do those lines represent?

We look in the mirror automatically criticising ourselves for looking old, or being overweight, or not being good enough, or being a failure, or any of the mean comments we wouldn't allow someone else to say to us.

Taking another look at our bodies, spending a few moments longer in the shower as we consider what is going on under the surface, we have the opportunity to become incredibly grateful for who we actually are.

With our vast network of veins pumping blood and oxygen through our bodies, we are made up of a sophisticated system of an impressive array of sensory nerves.

That system regulates pleasure in our bodies; from our finger-tips to the plumpness of our lips; from the soles of our feet to the taste buds on our tongues. Not to mention that most incredible bundle of nerve endings - our clitoris, all 8000 nerve endings designed to gift us great pleasure. As it happens, this is twice as many as men, but then we could say we are twice as deserving when you consider the miraculous mechanics of this beautiful part of our bodies!

Our pussies ladies, are the epicentre of life; we conceived through this magical portal, birthed into the world, and hopefully, we enjoy ourselves immensely with this sacred part of ourselves, either with another or alone.

Regena Thomashauer, author of the bestseller "Pussy: A reclamation" invites us to lean into this reality about the female body. Her controversial book is an invitation to reclaim this beautiful part of ourselves after years of being shamed, or worse, having our beautiful flower tortured, abused and used as an abusive name in the most awful of insults.

As we cleanse and unwind at the end of the day, there is an opportunity through curiosity to experience deep gratitude. We can take a moment to explore the beauty of our hands, those formidable tools which hold life in our very hands. We use them constantly throughout our lives - when we first take hold of our babies, grow and prepare our food. With our hands the hands we nourish our energy. With our hands, we create. With our hands, we write our futures into fruition. With our hands, we touch the most divine (and not so divine) aspects of the world we live in.

Contemplating next, our arms, appreciating their strength and form, remembering the hugs we've given and received, the loads we have carried, the lengths we've swum in the pool and beyond, the moments we have thrown them in the air in total joy and celebration. How could we not love our body, with all we have just remembered about ourselves?

And this journey of discovery and gratitude has only just begun.

We move our hands down our bodies as we cleanse it, reminded of the organs working hard beneath the sturdy structure of our skeleton, the protective shield, our internal suit of armour, one that keeps us standing tall, keeps us falling to the floor in a heap. An armour which moves due to the ligaments, the muscles, the tendons and the nervous system. A protective shield around the most complex of computer systems known to man: our brain.

The human brain and the way it functions separates us from every other living creature on the planet. Yet so many of us abuse it with negative messages, thoughts, and programme it with toxicity. Feed it with the right juice and fuel, and it will perform better than Lewis Hamilton on race day.

Our heart, our lungs, our intestines, kidneys, liver, colons, and stomach all working without stopping every moment of every day, and how much love do we give them?

How much gratitude do we shower upon them? How much cleansing do these organs get? How much do we truly value the miracle of our bodies?

In a blink of an eye, much to the surprise of those who are not connected to this miracle, they can just stop working. And speaking of eyes, and the wonder of sight, how the appreciation of colour, delights us, perceiving subtle auras, eyes sparkling with laughter and joy, the windows to our soul.

How do we take care of those? We add colour to accentuate them, but we work them overtime in front of a screen, staying awake long hours, not getting them checked and surround them with lash glue and other toxic chemicals from our make-up.

And what of our wonderful ears, that funny shaped part of our bodies which is often neglected. These little appendages are always busy capturing more information about the world around us than we can ever imagine. Through our hearing, we are feeding our brains the knowledge needed to keep us safe, even when sleeping; precious sleep, where we are deep in the reawakening, renewal and regeneration of our bodies.

We can go deeper on a cellular and molecular level and still find gratitude.

Aren't you curious about your DNA? That gift from our parents, our 4094 ancestors from the previous 12 generations over 400 years all coming together bringing with them their struggles, battles, difficulties, love stories and achievements. Is there any wonder that timeline-healing and DNA cleansing meditation is so needed in today's world?

Just think for a moment, how many stories have gone together to make YOU? How many beautiful moments, battles and difficulties have you overcome to become the woman you are today?

How many tender kisses, ejaculations and orgasms had to happen to make you the woman you are today?

And as you start to get really present to all of this with the ever-growing curiosity and gratitude, do you catch yourself being your own worst enemy, with daily critical thoughts, put-downs and self-doubt?

So, in those few moments that you take time to focus on what is really going on beneath the surface of your skin, will you allow yourself to feel grateful? If you can exchange the criticism for curiosity, will you now embrace the beauty you are, forgiving yourself for all the perceived mistakes you have made? Will you take the time to pause in even the simplest rituals and rejoice daily the multitude of successes your body, mind and soul achieve in just a single second?

Suppose you can do this as a practise, just the simple art of self-worship in the shower. The Lockdown Beauty Larder

For millions of people, the lockdown has offered us the opportunity to sharpen up our focus on improving our self-care routines. In the face of the dangers of the big C, restrictive shopping or merely a desire to be more resourceful as well as protecting our health, many people have turned to the benefits of DIY home and self care.

There is no need to compromise on our well-ness or beauty care, even in the face of these inconveniences. On the contrary! Many people are discovering the joy and power of using simple kitchen cupboard ingredients to amplify and upgrade their self-care. With spas and hair salons closed, we've been obliged to take care of our own beauty routines and discovered along the way that it's actually more fun and luxurious to use natural ingredients we all have in the larder, than being pampered by someone else with chemical-laden products.

So I've compiled for you a list of my top 15 ingredients to keep in your cupboard so that your beauty and body care can stay pretty in optimum protection and just keep upgrading to Preeminent! Nearly all of these ingredients are as valuable when applied topically as they are taken internally.

DISCLAIMER This list is for inspiration based on my own experience and various studies by different organisations. I always recommend you do your own research around the benefits and suitability for your personal skin type.

GARLIC A superfood well known for its numerous healing, protective and life-enhancing qualities, garlic is also a good source of many nutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients, etc. that play an essential role in keeping our skin healthy.

The precious antioxidants and other compounds present in the humble clove of garlic, counter free radicals - the molecules that damage cells and contribute to ageing and disease. Reputed to be a highly effective anti-bacterial and immunity-boosting meal complement, garlic not only reduces the risk of development of skin cancer but also plays an important role in keeping premature aging at bay. It helps reduce the signs of premature ageing such as fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, and collagen depletion.

Our skin pores play a vital role in keeping our skin healthy as they remove skin impurities and other toxins from our body in the form of sweating. Also, it is the skin pores that assist in providing nourishment to our skin. This situation can get worse when the skin pores get enlarged due to ageing.

Garlic is beneficial in minimising the enlarged skin pores when applied topically! For this, take three to four cloves of garlic and add half a tomato to it. Mash them together to form a fine paste. Now, spread a thin layer of this paste on your face. Let it air dry for twenty minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. It may tingle a little but regular application can not only minimise the enlarged skin pores but also make your skin soft, supple and radiant. (Test on a small area if you have sensitive skin).

SUNFLOWER SEEDS The omega 6 fatty acids which are available in sunflower seeds, prevent hair thinning by supplying them essential nutrients.The seeds contain Vitamin B6, which prevents hair loss as it has zinc absorption abilities. It also increases the oxygen supply to the scalp, thereby controls hair loss.The vitamin E and zinc, which is present in sunflower seeds, initiate hair growth. The blood circulation to the scalp is increased by the presence of Vitamin.

So choose the best quality virgin sunflower oil and use it as a base for making hair treatments, night time skincare serums and, of course, on your salads!

And of course, if you sprout some seeds, you have a powerhouse snack at your fingertips!

HONEY Honey is considered to be a traditional, anti-bacterial and nourishing skincare ingredient and has been used since time immemorial for its many benefits. Its hydrating properties make it an effective remedy for several skin issues like acne, chapped lips, scars and more. It not only rejuvenates the skin but works on reducing blemishes too. The sweetness in honey acts as natural humectants and emollients that hydrates your skin and reduces dryness.

Use the best quality raw honey you can find! Industrial honey, often mixed with glucose syrup, will not contain the same powerful compounds as the real thing!

You can use a combo of honey with rosewater and oats to make a fine toner. Rosewater acts as a natural astringent, and oats helps in eliminating all impurities thanks to their anti-inflammatory properties.

Take 2 tablespoons of rolled oats and 1 tablespoon of both honey and rosewater and mix well.

Apply this all over your face and neck and leave it for not more than 10 minutes.

Rinse off with lukewarm water.

OATMEAL You'll often find oatmeal in products meant to soothe irritated skin or even help reduce inflamed skin caused by skin conditions like eczema. It's nourishing, and the skin-settling properties come from its mix of flavonoids, phenols, and also a type of polyphenols called avenanthramides—all which act as natural anti-inflammatories.

Oats are best used in masks when in a ground or flour form. Try combining with honey for an ultra-soothing mask.

RICE The Asian women's secret weapon for keeping skin firm, soft and clear for centuries! Rice water is perfect for softening and brightening dull skin. It rejuvenates the skin and hydrates the parched skin cells. According to studies, it has numerous other benefits and it's one of my personal favourite home beauty treatments.

Simply soak any rinsed rice in water for a few hours, bottle and refridgerate. Apply to previously cleansed, make-up free skin. Or soak a flannel in rice water, chill and use as a soothing, firming mask. You can also save the water from cooked rice, and ferment it which is apparently even better! Just Google 'rice water for beauty' to find hundreds of ideas and recipes!

AVOCADO From hair masks to face masks, this creamy fruit is highly nourishing to your body when mashed and applied topically.

Not just a vitamin packed superfood, but Avocado oil is also an excellent option for natural moisturisation and is easily absorbed into the skin. Its benefits stem from its rich, healthy fat content, which works to encourage skin regeneration and may be particularly beneficial to dry, sun-damaged or sensitive skin.Very ripe avocados make superb face masks while you're in the bath!

GREEN TEA Hopefully, you know that green tea is a miracle drink. And thanks to its powerful antioxidant content, it also has some benefits when applied directly. It has been found to help calm irritated skin and reduce inflammation and may help soothe sun damage from a long day at the beach thanks to compounds like tannic acid, theobromine and polyphenols. Brewed tea or ground-up leaves can be used in DIY face masks or rinses. I add a couple drop of lemon oil and keep some in the fridge for a fresh, natural morning toner.

PLAIN YOGHURT As long as you stick with plain varieties, raw cultured yoghurt is another excellent natural moisturiser and skin soother. It's rich in calcium, protein, and probiotics. It also contains lactic acid, which works as a mild exfoliant. Apply it to the skin by itself or mix with other natural ingredients for a hydrating mask, which can help prevent premature ageing and promote a healthy glow.

RED WINE Rather than tuck away that extra vino at the end of the night, save it for a DIY beauty moment. When it comes to this cocktail, it's all about the high levels of antioxidants working to prevent signs of aging. Not to mention, the alcohol may simulate an astringent by tightening pores, too. Simply stir a little wine into your favourite mask combination and let the antioxidants do their job.

COCONUT OIL Everyone and their grandmother have jumped on the coconut oil train thanks to its long list of health benefits both internally and topically.

Coconut oil has incredible moisturising and restorative properties. It actually contains a fair amount of antioxidants and is also antifungal.

Coconut oil can be used as a super-hydrating and luscious moisturiser for dry or sensitive skin; simply scoop from the jar and slather on.

TURMERIC This brightly-hued spice does more than make your curry dishes stand out. This root has awesome anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antioxidant and astringent properties; when applied topically, it helps smooth out the skin and fight wrinkles. Turmeric also may help fade acne scars, too. Just be sure to dilute it with other ingredients like oil, as turmeric by itself may stain the skin.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR A healthy kitchen staple, apple cider vinegar contains natural alphahydroxy acids, which help remove dirt and grime that tends to build upon your skin over the day, and also helps wash away dead skin cells.

It can also be used as a natural toner because it helps shrink the appearance of pores when applied topically. Dilute a little apple cider vinegar with water, dip a cotton ball, and wipe over a cleansed face for a natural refresh. Pop a couple of teaspoons in your water and enjoy the myriad of benefits, from balancing blood sugars, to reducing cholesterol and blood pressure, to treating insect bites, relieving indigestion to using in post shampoo rinsing water for extra shine.

GRAPESEED OIL Although it may seem counterintuitive, most oils you find in your pantry work as excellent natural moisturisers. Grapeseed oil, in particular, is absorbed relatively easily into the skin and has a pleasant lightweight texture. It's rich in fatty acids and incredibly high in a specific antioxidant called oligomeric procyanidin, which fights against free radicals and is about 50 times more potent than vitamins A and E.

CHIA SEEDS For all the dietary reasons nutritionists love them—high calcium, antioxidant, protein, and healthy fat content—chia makes an excellent skincare ingredient. Due to their nutrient-rich profile, chia seeds work to deeply moisturise the skin and help calm any irritations—mix chia seeds with other ingredients like honey or coconut milk for a skinboosting face mask. Plus there are dozens of ways to integrate them into your cooking. They are truly are little superfood marvels.

LEMON For a brighter, more luminous complexion, look no further than lemon. Citrus fruits as a group contain high levels of vitamin C, which supports the production of collagen and boosts skin elasticity when applied topically. Not to mention, the alpha-hydroxy acids help to even out skin toner and may also have a lightening effect on the skin.

Mix in small amounts of lemon juice to face masks or scrubs to reap the brightening benefits.

GROUND COFFEE Just as it wakes up your body, coffee can help wake up and perk up your skin. The brew contains a healthy dose of antioxidants you, but the real star is the caffeine content which promotes improved blood circulation. Coffee grounds also work as a more gentle exfoliant.

You'll often find coffee in products or DIY recipes aiming to get rid of cellulite.

Try mixing them into a beaten egg white and setting down with a mucky but pleasant smelling eye mask applied around the eyes except for the lids of course. Both the egg white and caffeine help to reduce puffiness and tighten eye bags.

Research Stock Up Get Creative The list of ingredients you can use for your beauty routines is endless! Himalayn coarse salt to make body scrubs, bananas for masks and teeth whitening. Cucumbers for the eyes, tisanes for tonics, herbs for the bath. Rice to make face milk, olive oil for massage and of course the astonishing versality of essential oils - in your larder and in your beauty routines!

Mindful Morning manifesting Rituals

"An absence of your physical wellness will eventually arise in an inner conflict and/or a lowering of the vibration which attracts sustainable abundance in some form, be it love, strength, peace of mind or money."

The very best time to prime your mindfulness with the awareness you need to stay focused on your intentions and avoid worry, stress is first thing in the morning.

As we go about that darned process of repeating the same 60,000 thoughts we had yesterday, possibly undergoing the challenge of having our energy brought down by others, the power of our sub-conscious programming and the pressures of our environment, it is essential to use this sleep-to-waking transition time to anchor in radical change.

If there is one thing you can do for yourself to leverage that miracle time, it would be to wake up earlier, not necessarily to work out (that comes afterwards) but to prime your whole being for joy, prosperity, safety, protection, vitality, love, achievement and anything else you want before you do anything else.

Reminder: ritual is the most powerful way of informing your subconscious mind that you are serious about making changes.

Ritual is an intention in action. Ritual is what you do as you create new and better habits.

Rituals are mindful, they require cognitive focus and action.

Habits are ingrained automisms. So rituals are VITAL to create automatic habits!

And for High-Performance Rituals, I like to call them 'Richuals'!

Rituals are also actions that support the deepening of our spiritual and emotional connections. They bring extra brightness and fulfilment into our lives.

'Richuals' are one of the best ways of rewiring the brain for success.

Start with the end in mind: I give myself the luxury of doing this in bed.

I sit up in bed propped with pillows and a hot cup of tea so I won't fall back asleep.

First, before anything at all, I write some gratitude phrases which instantly connects me to the vibration of well being.

Do something as soon as possible after waking while your brain transitions from theta or alpha waves into beta (when you start thinking of all the things you have to get done today).

It could be journalling on your dreams, going outside to see the sun-up, some self-massage and stretching.

Make your first thing 'richuals' those of you playing at your highest level.

Create the habits of the person you want to become.

Start in the morning!

Repeat daily!

Accessorise your mindset: Why not choose an awareness bracelet or pendant for yourself?

A piece of jewellery you love that represents presence and awareness. It could be a charm that carries a symbol, or beads like prayer beads, or something you that you make yourself.

Throughout the day, if you find yourself ungrounded or tilted off-balance, touch your special amulet and bring your attention to what it represents to you.

Let it remind you to take some deep breaths to feel your feet firmly grounded, to drink some cleansing water, or simply to tune back into your soul again.

Awareness is awesomeness so give it some dazzle!

Drink and grow rich !Take your regular water bottle or flask (Yes you need one with you at all times!) and either write on it with an indelible pen or wrap some card around it on which is written a phrase that infuses the water with the optimum benefits for you.

You can express gratitude, love for the abundance of all that is good in your life, an affirmation of wellness, whatever you like.

It is has been demonstrated that water is highly sensitive to the vibrations of sound, emotion and intention.

Research proves that infusing your water with the highest thoughts augments its power; in doing so, a daily habit you do frequently becomes yet another richual for success!

The more you hydrate, the more you affirm your abundance!

Speak your dreams into being: Focus on your highest intentions before your to-do list.

That doesn't mean supplicating something like an extra client. It means you are creating an inner reality which will help you to rewire your brain neurons!

That is the first affirmation to make to yourself.

To command the day with your truth, to imprint the ether with your essence.

Success in the bag: Write out the following mantras to yourself.

Before you leave the house or enter the daily maelstrom world, carry them around them with you in your handbag. Just as you step over the portal, repeat to yourself: Today, I walk in balance.

Today I walk in awareness.

Today I walk in constant connection to my purpose and passions.

Today my soul leads my mind and body in the best directions for my ultimate well-being.

Today, my natural vibration of abundance and thriving will attract the best people and circumstances for my highest benefit.

Today my natural radiance will light my confidence in myself and my projects.

Today I will look for fun, ease and clarity.

Today I will remind myself that persistent practise always trumps a problem.

You can pop these or your own version of them on a beautiful, inspiring postcard, tweak them weekly and make them part of your hand-bag contents, like your wallet, cards, makeup etc!

You could also create a mini vision board in Canva with photos representing your goals and the affirmations on the other side!

This is such a powerful 'richual'!

Words create your reality. In the beginning, was the word and so it is!

These are just such simple ways of augmenting the power of the things you do automatically every day and invoking your best life, effortlessly.

Organic, palm free, zero waste, cruelty free, vegan, chemical and soy free and no exploitation. It's a rare company that goes out on an eco-limb to this extent, especially for cosmetics and body products. It's even rarer that those products are luxuriously fabulous!

Fabulous On a plate

My idea of heaven is sitting in front of a plate that is as beautiful as it is healthy.

It must be a work of art and promise to nourish all the senses along with my body.

In fact I can sit and stare at beautiful food without wanting to eat it. Does that ever happen to you when you go to a fine restaurant?

I fell in love with food fabulosity when I published my first book ‘Real Food- a feast for life’ in 1988.

Taking photos of my recipes outside in nature filled with me with a delight that has never left me.

Nature, food, beauty, nourishment of mind, body, soul and the planet… what’s not to adore?

Over the years, especially in my restaurants and dining with friends, I became addicted to exquisite food presentation.

It’s an art, but it’s also a science as I do believe that mindful self-nourishment is a vital beauty and well-being tool.

Many eminent food writers and healthy food experts echo this truth. And ancient texts on health and diet, such as Ayaveda, and also the first cuisine writers of the European middle ages, document the links between food and life balance.

I will be bringing you insights, ideas, inspiration but also recipes totally conceived in my brain and crafted for your Preeminent Mind, Body and Soul delight!

Bearing in mind that ‘busy’ is a preoccupation with the modern working woman, and always seeking to create fabulous plates in the shortest amount of time, my recipes are easy.

They rely on the freshest of ingredients and a well stocked larder of whole-food staples and seasonings.

My menus are predominantly plant-based, low carb, gluten free and full of super-foods.

But I also love fish and a little farm friendly poultry occasionally, and never ever touch industrially reared or produced ANYTHING! You can find every piece of nutritional information under the sun under Google’s titan power, and I heartily encourage you to take the advice of a nutrition certified professional. It is important to understand what works for YOUR body and health.

Nobody is the same hence my intolerance of diets and fads.

So I’m focusing on the Fabulosity, yours and the plate's!

Choose your prettiest bowls (or even better start to collect some gorgeous Diva bowls!)

Assemble all your fresh ingredients, plus lots of chopped parsley on your work surface.

Get your Michelangelo on and create art.

Play with the colours of the ingredients.

Play with the layout.

Garnish with the beanspouts, chopped parsley and any fine natural leaves or edible flowers you may have access to - I love tiny roquette leaves, dandelion (it’s spring!) fennel fronds, herb flowers.

Be sacred about your table rituals.

Invoke gratitude.

Get your kids prepping and creating with you. Mothers are Divas too.

Evoke FALL in her jewel shades.

Breathe before eating and infuse your beautiful plate with intentions of its nourishing powers!

Swear you’ll never eat a rushed meal in front of the computer again - you are a Diva!

Take One Ingredient...

Pumpkin.

PUMPKIN AND SQUASH Pumpkin, like all superfoods, is considered a nutrient-dense food.

That means it’s incredibly low in calories despite being packed with benefits.

Pumpkin has been connected to a number of health benefits, such as the ability to improve vision, protect cardiovascular health, boost immunity, increase fertility, improve bone mineral density, and aid weight loss, among others.

Boosts ImmunityWith high levels of vitamin C in every bite, pumpkin is an excellent way to promote the health of the immune system, as it can stimulate the production of white blood cells, which are the body’s first line of defense against infections and foreign pathogens.

Pumpkin also contains significant levels of Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. There you go, another lockdown ally!

In fact, pumpkin clocks in at under 50 calories per cup (245 grams) and consists of about 94% of water. Pumpkin is a weightloss-friendly food because you can consume more of it than other carb sources — such as rice and potatoes — but still takes in fewer calories.

Full of fibre which can help curb your appetite, its natural sweetness provokes happy endorphins in the body without that rush and calories that pasta and pastries give you!

Comforting and infinitely variable, pumpkins are a food likely to induce happiness hormones that we can enjoy with none of the guilt attached to chocolate and pasta rushes!

As busy women leaders aspiring to our preeminent wellness, we need menus that are fast, easy and obviously rich in nutrients.

Here is a list of 6 unusual ways to brighten up your usual pumpkin recipe repertoire. They are all vegan, gluten-free and fast to put together. If you need to follow recipes, (such as vegan pie crust with almonds) simply Google it and you will find a myriad of them!

What I’ve done here is to give you fast ways to dazzle your daily menus with the amber splendour of these noble vegetables!

Flavours that go with pumpkin: citrus fruits, cranberries, pomegranates, sharp flavours like balsamic vinegar and mustard, aromatic herbs such as sage, warm cake spices or curry spices, and anything crispy - roasted walnuts or pecans, courge seeds, fried tofu or tempeh shards, bacon if you eat that, tomato, earthy greens.

HICKORY-SMOKED ROASTED PUMPKIN (No wood-fire needed)You can buy liquid smoke online. It’s become one of my favourite seasonings! Buy good quality, and it’ll last for months.

Roast cubes of any pumpkin in a hot oven with coconut oil and seasoning and herbs. When it’s beginning to caramelise on the outside, turn it all over and sprinkle some of the liquid smoke over. Go easy, it’s potent. A little goes a long way and turns your humble veg into an indoor barbecue!

It goes with and in anything and everything!

GODDESS BOWL Use cubes of the smoked pumpkin on a fresh slaw or wilted winter greens with raw grated beetroot, feta cheese and grilled nuts or seeds. Go for a citrus or sharp dressing. Add whatever else you like!

QUICK AUTUMN STIR FRY Rather than roast the pumpkin, stir-fry small 1cm cubes in a hot oiled wok then add shredded kale or cabbage, leeks, good quality mushrooms, and cooked chestnuts. Serve warm with a warm hummus sauce.

PLANT SPAGHETTI I’m nuts about replacing carb-dense foods with plants, and I absolutely love making spirals out of veggies! You’ll need a spiraliser or you can chop finely. But pumpkin or squash lends itself to being transformed into long strands of veggie noodles.

Requiring a minimum of steaming (or none at all!) you can then treat yourself to a delectable topping - try warm cashew cheez sauc, regular cheese sauce, or creamed spinach and roasted hazelnuts.

QUINOA POWERFOOD SALAD Quinoa is another of my favourite superfoods and marries perfectly with some raw shredded pumpkin, tossed in orange dressing. Add some pomegranate fruit, watercress, sprouted sunflower seeds, roasted cumin seeds and avocado for a truly preeminent power foods salad! You could also replace the quinoa with steamed, whole buckwheat groats, red or wild rice, os spelt couscous.

CHICKPEA AND PUMPKIN MASALA For a speedy supper, make a masala sauce with some tinned tomatoes or organic tomato coulis. op in some cooked chickpeas, roasted pumpkin, some freshly grated ginger, turmeric, roasted or steamed garlic and let the whole kaboodle simmer tantalisingly on a low heat for about 20 to 30 mins.

BUCKWHEAT AND PUMPKIN PORRIDGE Make a smooth, thick pumpkin puree flavoured with gingerbred spices. Put some in a pie and, keep some for breakfast. Try mixing with a buckwheat, gluten free oat, or millet porridge for a truly snow queen breast. Add goji berries soaked in grapefruit juice, toasted flaked almonds or some raw cocao powder! Grate some organic orange zest or top with some sharp cultured yoghurt. Yum! PurĂŠe-ed pumpkin can be used to make many kinds of cakes, muffins, scones, pies, and even bread.

Any ingredients can be swapped out to suit your particular regimen - so don’t deprive yourself of your fall menu champion - it can only do you oodles of good.
