Top Tips - It gets incredibly sweaty, so it is recommended for men to wear shorts with a net and a t-shirt. Women are encouraged to wear shorts or leggings and a vest top.

- Bring a big towel to cover your whole yoga mat and lots and lots of water. Once again, there will be a lot of sweating!

- Try not to eat an hour beforehand. You’ll want to feel as light as possible.

- Just take the class at your own pace and take restorative breaths if you feel overwhelmed.
