GET FIT TEBOGO MANAKA Tricep kickbacks using resistant bands WITH

If you’ve been trying out and enjoying Tebogo’s bodyweight exercises from the previous five issues, this one is sure to excite you. He’s incorporating some resistant bands to work your triceps in this month’s simple, equipment-free exercise known as tricep kickbacks.

STEP 1: • Grab a resistant band and step on it with either leg. • Maintain an upright posture with a high chestandyoureyestothehorizon.

STEP 2: • Take one step backwards with the leg that is not stationed on the band. • An upright posture should still be maintained, especially the upper body.

STEP 3: • Lean forward with your upper body, folding from the waist, and balance your weight on the leg that is stepping on the resistant band. • Position both your hands in a 90-degree angleandballyourhandsintoafist, holding the band tighly.
