Yesterday, the singer showed off her travel style at New York's JFK Airport. She wore a red, white, and black checkered scarf sweater by Marni, which she layered between a crisp white shirt and a black cardigan. The floor-sweeping scarf definitely stole the show, but we can't forget Doja's 'It' bag a black leather Margaux bag from The Row. She paired her plane outfit with a pair of black leather pointy-toe boots, oval tortoiseshell sunglasses, and silver over-ear headphones.

When it comes to fall-friendly fashion, Doja Cat has gone a different route than Kravitz, who remains the biggest influencer of giant scarves. Kravitz paired her blanket-like scarf with ripped jeans , ankle boots, a knit beanie, and a leather jacket for a more hipster, bohemian look (we can just imagine him carrying a guitar case in this outfit), while Doja kept the look sleek and sophisticated. But whichever way you go, we're glad we're finally getting to rock giant scarves.

Going through menopause can affect women in many different ways, and for some, dealing with the symptoms can be incredibly uncomfortable, even debilitating. And although World Menopause Awareness Month begins this week, this stage of life can come as a surprise to many women. I started noticing signs of perimenopause about six months ago, just after my 45th birthday. However, it’s hard to know exactly when it started because the symptoms are so wideranging and not always obvious. There are the common signs: hot flashes, night sweats, irregular periods, bloating, weight gain and mood swings, but there are also lesser-known signs like headaches, itchy skin, memory loss, muscle aches, joint stiffness, depression and decreased sex drive.
