The European Association of Communication Directors (EACD) was founded in Brussels in 2006 and now has over 2,300 members from over 40 countries. It is the leading networkf or in-house communication professionals from all fields and industries across Europe. Under the motto “Shared Experiences, Shared Vision”, the Association meets the needs of communication professionals working internationally, and provides them with support in the face of the exciting new challenges they deal with in the global arena. Communication Director is the magazine for corporate communications and public relations in Europe. Published quarterly, the magazine documents opinions on important strategic questions in communication, discovers transnational developments and discusses their relevance from a European perspective. In addition, Communication Director presents current studies and news, as well as introducing communication experts representing the internationalisation of the profession.
