CONCEPTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN FOR THE RENOVATION WORKS AT UG/F LIFT LOBBY OF SILVER FORTUNE PLAZA This is a conceptual interior design project for the lobby renovation works of a commercial building located at 1, Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong.

The aims of the project are to highlight the main entrance sophisticate, to provide a high-ended and classy lobby, to improve the Indoor lighting.

The project scope includes the following:1. MVAC: To modify the existing fan coil unit; 2. Lift: To modify existing lift door finish, hall buttons, hall indicator panels; 3. Existing Notice Board, LED TV, Advertising Board: To be replaced with LED screen or similar to equivalent; 4. Reception/Security Station & Security Resting Room: To relocate the existing Lift Panels and other similar panels into the Security Resting Room and to conceal the door of the Security Resting Room.

5. Lighting: To provide enough lighting since existing lobby is dark; 6. Material: To retain the existing wall finish and install new cladding to the existing wall finish is suggested; 7. Exterior: To modify the existing exterior Stainless Steel Portal and existing signage and to refurbish existing Floor finish.
