Burnaby, Canada Our three-level home is spacious, has a contemporary design, and spectacular mountain views, and has been the subject of national design magazines. The main level consists of a large dining/living room and kitchen facing the view. There is a child's bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and a guest toilet. The master bedroom with a king-size bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom is on the upper level.

A guest bedroom with a queen bed and fitness equipment is located on the lower level. The house has a baby grand piano, harpsichord, and the usual array of top-quality appliances. The garden is highly unusual, featuring a landscaped maze with sculptures, water features, a large pond with koi and turtles, and a waterwheel. At the bottom of our property, you can access the Trans-Canada Trail, a famous national walking and biking trail from the Pacific to the Atlantic.

Los Angeles, California Our home is a 5 bedroom 4400 square foot remodeled home in Manhattan Beach. We are about 1 mile from the beach and less than a fiveminute e-bike ride to the downtown area and pier. We have a pool with a built-in jacuzzi and completely remodeled and professionally decorated the home in 2021. The home has an open floor plan between the kitchen and family room with a Cantina accordion door that can open to the outside pool deck with a fire table that is great for relaxing with a glass of wine at night.

We have 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bath with a walk-in shower and large tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private bathroom. We have 2 kids' rooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom between them.

There is a downstairs bedroom with a private bath that we currently have set up as an office.

Queensland, Australia We live in a delightful home situated on the water with direct access to the ocean on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The Master bed has a king-size bed with en suite, walk-in robe, TV, and views of the water. There are two other bedrooms with queen beds and a separate study/computer room. The large kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The family area which overlooks the pool and the wide expanse of water has a large TV, DVD with surround sound, and an open fire for cool nights.

There are several outdoor living areas, one of which is a deck situated directly over the water.

There is an enclosed pool area with large umbrellas for shade with lounges and BBQ eating. There are plenty of books and highspeed wireless internet access in a beautiful relaxing environment.

Buleleng, Indonesia Villa Uma has a spectacular 180-degree view on the seaside including sunrise and sunset views behind the volcanos on Java. Villa Uma is located close to the restaurant en spa. This is a large 2-bedroom villa, with a lounge and kitchen area that also can be included with the pool area via sliding doors. One bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, with an indoor bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious, outdoor bathroom. The infinity pool is 14 x 4.

The roof is accessible via a spiral staircase, on the roof, there is a gazebo a perfect spot to relax and admire the views. Sumberkima Hill lies in North West Bali – a sunshine-soaked area that benefits from the breathtaking tropical flora and fauna that call this region home as well as the authentic, cultural elements that give it the blessed, wholesome feeling.

Plettenberg Bay, South Africa Our penthouse apartment is located in the city center of Plettenberg Bay, a holiday resort town with restaurants and beaches easily accessible on foot. The building is private and completely secured by guards. The penthouse is fully equipped and consists of a vast and open living and dining area leading to an open double kitchen.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one with two singles and equally 3 bathrooms. The large and magnificent terrace gives way to breathtaking ocean and mountain views.

Paris, France We live in a modern 285 sqm loft in the 9th district (arrondissement) of Paris. Our building is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants.

Our flat is distributed through 3 levels, which correspond to the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors of the building. On the first level of our loft, you will find an office, a 100 sqm room with a living room (including a fireplace), a dining room, a super-equipped kitchen, a first « small » terrace, and a bedroom with its en-suite bathroom.

On the second level, you will find the master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. On the third and last level, you will find the 95 sqm roof terrace where you can enjoy the stunning 360 degrees view all over Paris!

Roma, Italy Our house, built in the late 18th century, was completely restored in 2009. There is a large modern kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with a large fireplace on the ground floor.

On the second floor, you can find a TV lounge with a terrace (where you can admire a beautiful view of the Roman countryside), two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The top floor, holds the master bedroom with a large bathroom, a studio with a double bed, and a bathroom.

The yard, which covers approximately 2500 square meters has beautiful views of the countryside and includes a pool with a shaded relaxing area and a patio space outside the kitchen for dining outside. In a small annex to the house lives a couple who take care of the house, and the pool. If needed they can provide any support you need during your stay.

Altea, Spain We have a beautiful Mediterranean romantic style home near Altea village, a small picturesque village where many artists live. Our home comes equipped with a modern-style kitchen and open floorplan living space. The living room has large windows that let in natural light and direct access to the spacious terrace.

Our terrace not only includes a large infinity pool but comes with a breathtaking view of the sea.

Only an hour from Valencia and half an hour from Alicante, there are many excursions available. You can walk to the yacht port, where there are a lot of delicious Mediterranean restaurants where you can eat Paella and fresh fish. Our favorite activity is to swim in the pool or go down to the beaches near our home.
