Welcome back everyone and a typically wonderful busy start to the term. It’s been great to see how well our new pupils have settled in and the way that they have been supported by staff and fellow pupils. I did ask a new Form I pupil (who shall remain nameless) what her favourite thing was about Heathfield and she said, with a very wide grin, ‘EVERYTHING!’ How terrific that she is already showing that Heathfield enthusiasm. For those of you who aren't aware we are extremely proud of our sterling A Level and GCSE results this summer; the girls supported by the most wonderful team of staff did well. I am very grateful to all who contributed. Exeat beckons this weekend and whether I see you on the side of the lacrosse pitch, the netball court, the swimming pool, at the new Parents’ lunch or at one of the Our Vision, our Future suppers I look forward to seeing you again soon. Best wishes, Mrs Gardiner Legge, Headmistress
