Your wedding day can be designed to suit your needs and you will be able to enjoy the School’s extensive lawns and shaded tree areas, perfect for all those memorable wedding photographs. The School also offers you the unique opportunity to get married in its breathtaking 19th Century Gothic Chapel.

The Chapel: The quaint 19th century Church of England Chapel adorned with stained glass windows and oak pews sits at the heart of the School, can seat 150 guests and makes a spectacular setting for your marriage ceremony.

The Dining Hall: The elegant oak panelled Dining Hall positioned in the centre of the School’s main building can seat up to 150 guests and would be the perfect location for your wedding breakfast.The Dining Hall’s French doors lead onto a picturesque lawn and garden, ideal for your drinks reception.

The Old Assembly Hall: Full of character and history, adjacent to the Dining Hall.This room makes the perfect location for a drinks reception, intimate wedding breakfast or evening party for up to 150 guests.

The Conference Centre: A brand new £3.5 million state of the art, purpose built venue.

The centre offers banquet-style seating for up to 120 guests or 250 for a drinks reception.

Guests can enjoy panoramic views from the first floor gallery.

The Grounds: You and your guests will have access to the immaculately kept lawns and stunning woodlands, both of which will make your treasured wedding photographs even more special.There is also the added bonus of ample free parking for all of your guests.

Marquees: We are happy to arrange marquees, at competitive prices, as required.

—Flexible Catering— At Heathfield the Catering department will aim to accommodate your wishes on your wedding day. You can choose a traditional three course wedding breakfast with tea and coffee or select from a hot or cold buffet.We ask that you supply your own alcoholic beverages; we do not charge corkage and are more than happy to keep your wine chilled.

Tea and Coffee “The Catering Manager could not have been more helpful, doing everything he could to fit in with our budget.We met with him several times to discuss exactly what we wanted and he certainly went the extra mile to accommodate us.

In the end we settled on a fantastic menu for the reception, which was way beyond what we had dreamt of ”.

If you want to use the Chapel for the marriage ceremony, you are required by law to purchase a marriage licence.You may use the Chapel for a service without a licence. We are not licensed to hold Civil Partnerships services.

How to find us Heathfield School is located close to major motorway networks, rail connections and airports. The School is just five minutes from the M4 (J10) and M3 (J3), and 50 minutes by train from central London. Heathrow Airport is 30 minutes away and Gatwick Airport is just 60 minutes by car.

BY CAR From the M4 East, leave at junction 6 and follow the A332 towards Ascot.When you reach Ascot, you will pass the racecourse on your left.Turn right towards Bracknell. Immediately after the first crossroads, enter the filter lane on the right into Heathfield School.

From the M4 West, leave at junction 10 and follow the A329(M) and A329 through Bracknell towards Ascot. Heathfield School is just before the junction with the B3017 on the left-hand side of the road. From the M3, leave at junction 3 and follow the A322 towards Bracknell. After 2 miles, take the right hand lane and follow the road towards Ascot. After another 2 miles, where the road bends right, take a left towards Warfield and follow the road to the traffic lights.Turn left onto London Road and then immediately enter the filter lane on the right into Heathfield School.

BY TRAIN Heathfield School is a 15 minute walk from Martins Heron station. Exit the station through the car park and follow the road sign posted to Ascot. Heathfield School is just before the junction with the B3017.

Alternatively, a short taxi ride can be taken from Ascot station.
