KS4 & KS5 Yoga Club
Yoga helps to calm the mind and body through mindful breathing and a series of fluid movements. After attending this club you should feel more relaxed, more flexible and stronger in your mind and body and more able to live in the present moment.
Who is the club aimed at?
Year 10 to Year 13 students, no previous experience necessary.
What will I do in the club?
Meditation, yoga movement/positions with breath.
Additional information
Eat your lunch at break and drink water before and after. Wear loose comfortable clothes that you can move in easily.
