Our journey began quite unexpectedly over 40 years ago, when I was introduced to a small lampshade workshop. There, I found myself captivated by the quiet artistry of a small team of time served craftsmen and women. This small workshop became the beginning of Heathfield & Co and has led to a path of collaboration with talented artisans and designers across the world, shaping a brand built on creativity, craftsmanship, and care.
From those early beginnings, Heathfield & Co has evolved into a trusted name for interior designers around the world. Now, with the opening of our first showroom at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, we have a home of our own - a space designed to inspire, to spark conversation, and to showcase our work in the warmth of a lived-in setting. A century since its arrival, Art Deco’s bold geometry and opulent spirit continues to shape our streets, our homes and the imagination of designers around the world.
This Autumn/Winter, we are honoring its influence with the launch of Averra - a new collection that reimagines the iconic 1920s movement through a modern lens. Elegant yet bold, Averra blends sleek architectural shapes with luxurious materials in a design led tribute to Deco’s timeless appeal.
Curved shades in rippled slumped glass, available in Mist or Light Smoke, are paired with Satin Brass metalwork for a look that’s both bold and balanced. Dulcie’s sculptural form plays with light and shadow, celebrating the depth and movement of molten glass.

Subtle, sculptural, and serene, Maeve combines Art Deco symmetry with a soft, organic touch. Its glass shades - crafted using traditional slumping techniques and available in Mist or Light Smoke - evoke the fluidity of water, with a clouded finish that gently diffuses light to create a warm, ambient glow. Paired with Antique Brass metalwork, Maeve brings a sense of calm and considered luxury to any space.

With its bold profile and warm material palette, Maddox offers a refined take on Art Deco symmetry. A gently sculptural slumped glass shade, available in Mist or Light Smoke, glows softly within a sleek Satin Brass bracket, its rippled surface and smoky hue adding depth and character.
Paloma
Defined by its clean lines and quietly confident form, Paloma features a turned Smoked Oak stem complemented by Satin Brass details. Its timeless design brings a sense of calm sophistication to both contemporary and classic interiors.

1. Understanding the Vision
Our talented team of product designers will take your brief or sketch and meticulously craft 3D technical drawings, working diligently until you are fully satisfied with the design.
2. Design & Development
Once the design is finalised, we sample and have regular check-ins to keep you up to date with your project as well as developing drawings & visuals to illustrate how the finished project will look.
3. Engineering & Manufacturing
Our team is adept at value engineering designs, balancing design intent with budgetary requirements to ensure your project is crafted within budget. Our meticulous oversight guarantees a bespoke production journey for each piece, marked by stringent quality control showcasing our dedication to unmatched craftsmanship.
4. Delivery & Installation
Punctual delivery is key to bespoke project success; our project team ensures each delivery meets our clients’ specific needs, and can flex to suit any brief.

Haze
There’s something inherently calming about the soft, diffused light that filters through fabric - a quiet, ambient glow that softens a space and brings stillness to a room. It’s this atmosphere that inspired the Haze Collection.
From wide, cloud-like forms to more architectural shapes, each pendant has a tactile presence and organic silhouette that appears to float effortlessly in a room. Designed to be used individually or arranged in clusters, the collection offers quiet impact and works especially well in restful settings like bedrooms and living spaces.

Crafted from hand-sewn natural linen stretched over lightweight frames, each pendant is designed to cast a soft serene glow. Four styles - named Vira, Sole, Leigh and Cyrus - draw on the elegant simplicity of traditional Asian rice paper lanterns, reimagined with premium textured linen and delicate Satin Brass detailing.

For over 40 years, lampshade production has been at the heart of our business. It’s a skill our team has perfected through decades of experience, blending traditional techniques with thoughtful design. Each and every lampshade is handcrafted in our Kent workshop, reflecting the same care and attention to detail that has defined our manufacturing process since day one.
Textures & Patterns
We are delighted to introduce a selection of new fabrics to our lampshade collection. Featuring understated patterns, soft textures, and warm, earthy tones, these fabrics pair effortlessly with our lamp bases and will add depth to any interior.

The Selene Collection, created in collaboration with award-winning garden designer Pollyanna Wilkinson, reimagines portable lighting with a luxurious, natureinfused aesthetic that draws inspiration from the celestial elegance of the moon.
At the heart of the collection lies a dedication to refined craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Each lamp celebrates Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, capturing the soft ambient glow and fluidity of lunar light. The result?
