The role of Civil Air Patrol  An all-volunteer, civilian organization of US  Took the lead to initiate Drug Demand Reduction program  Assisted the squadrons, groups, wings, and regions to instill an aggressive, positive and drug-free attitude in Civil Air Patrol members, civilians and schoolage children
