LoyaltyRewards rooted in Heart(wood)
This year we’ve been busy bees. Alongside the opening of six new sites including two pubs with rooms in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and Godalming, Surrey, showcasing a total of 36 bedrooms, we’ve been busy crafting something very special for our guests. Introducing our new loyalty app - Treats by Heartwood Inns - where guests have access to the Treathouse where loyalty grows and treats are always in season.

How does it work?
Every time you visit and spend a minimum of £25, you receive a treat on the house, so remember to make your server aware that you’re part of our exclusive club when you visit us. Simply scan your loyalty app when you pay to unlock more rewards. The more you visit, the better the treats become - climbing the ladder towards even more tempting treats, and a chance to become one of our VIP members.
Climbing the Treathouse
When you spend £25 in a day, you’ll receive a treat on us, which you can redeem when you order a main from the à la carte or specials menu. Keep an eye on your bill, a
£25 spend is all it takes to unlock your next treat! And don’t worry, we believe in keeping things easy and generous - so there’s no need to use a reward to unlock your next, you can keep collecting and using your rewards for up to three months!
From now on, birthday bubbles, seasonal offers, and exclusive perks will all be delivered through the app - including access to 10% off bed & breakfast rates - so don’t miss out! Make sure you’re signed up and enjoy access to your very own personalised Treathouse.
To find out more about Treats by Heartwood Inns head to the website www.heartwoodinns. com/treats or download the app on the App Store or Google Play.

Heartwood throughout the seasons
Our menus evolve with the seasons to showcase the very best of British produce. We believe that every time of year offers a unique reason to gather and enjoy a meal and our offerings are crafted to reflect the changing landscape and its bounty.
Spring
As the days lengthen, our menus come alive with the fresh flavours of spring. We introduce lighter dishes that feature new-season ingredients sourced from our trusted suppliers. It’s a time to enjoy refreshing meals and drinks that perfectly complement the
start of warmer weather and new growth. Take a stroll through the bluebell woods of Clivedon which is located a short drive from The George & Dragon in Marlow or take a bracing walk along the coast when you visit The Ropemaker in Emsworth and take in the sea air.

Summer
Summer is for enjoying the outdoors, and our pub gardens and terraces are the perfect places to do so. Why not enjoy a walk along the River Wey and the Godalming Navigation or explore the picturesque beauty of the nearby Winkworth Arboretum from

The Ragged Robin in Godalming. Wine lovers should head to The White Horse in Dorking and take a tour of Denbies whilst Jane Austen fans can recreate the famous picnic scene from her novel, Emma and enjoy the sweeping views from the top of Box Hill.

Autumn
As the weather cools, our menus turn to rich, comforting flavours. We celebrate the harvest with seasonal vegetables, hearty dishes and delicious puddings. For the more adventurous, Bonfire Night in Lewes is a spectacular event which you can watch
from the balcony of our first floor Headstrong Club. For a more gentle experience, then an autumnal walk through the falling leaves of Epping Forest before heading to The Royal Forest will leave you feeling connected with nature and ready for a warming meal.
Winter & Christmas
Our pubs become havens of festive cheer during the winter months. We offer a selection of Christmas menus, including our Christmas Party Menu for pre-holiday gatherings and our spectacular sixcourse Christmas Day Menu for the big day itself alongside a range of

packages for room stays. We also have a special Hot Chocolate Trail that is perfect for families to enjoy after enjoying Christmas shopping in Newbury before heading to The Coat & Bear or enjoy the Christmas lights in London before heading to the quiet retreat that is The Royal Forest in Chingford.

you with breathtaking scenery (and a well-earned pint afterwards). Whether you’re after a leisurely stroll with the family, a dog-friendly wander, or a full day’s hike, there’s something here to suit every pace.
We’ve cherry-picked our favourite must-explore routes, each with its own distinct charm, for the perfect way to combine fresh air with a Heartwood Inn welcome.

Famed for its sweeping views and rolling chalk downland, it’s perfect for everything from gentle riverside rambles to more challenging hikes. East Barnet spotlight
Another year, another flurry of new openings, and having joined the family in East Barnet is The Prince of Wales. This pub, which threw open its doors back in May, has been thoughtfully reimagined with style and warmth. From layered, heritage-rich snugs to a generous new dining room filled with natural light, a bold and welcoming bar, and a sun-drenched terrace out front perfect for al fresco dining - right through to a secret garden tucked away at the rear. With our reopening, we are keen to once again become the beating heart of this town’s close-knit community.
Steering the ship in East Barnet is Guinnessloving Irish powerhouse and General Manager Rory. If you’ve met the energetic and dynamic Rory before in Ruislip, where he also served as General Manager, you’ve likely witnessed his fondness for four-legged friends and undoubtedly admired his impressive red locks. We’re proud to have him at The Prince of Wales where he is making his mark in the community.
From weekly activities, Rory has already set up a weekly Quiz Night which - if you’re ever inclined and in the area - kicks off every Monday at 7:30pm and gives locals and visitors

alike the opportunity to put their knowledge to the test and win an array of vouchers as well as a rolling jackpot. To summer events, where a pop-up Camden bar saw swathes of guests enjoying the sun-drenched front terrace, free face painting and music.
If you haven’t visited The Prince of Wales yet, this isn’t one to miss.
