Service is an inherent part of the HEAPY culture. We support our colleagues in finding opportunities and organizing projects to give back to the community.

Giving back to the community is a win-win scenario for both HEAPY and the organizations we support. Our volunteer activities make a difference where we live and work, while also boosting morale, strengthening our team, and improving our relationships.

Our stories of giving are as diverse as our team. In October of each year, our colleagues come together for several weeks of service, dedicating their time to local charities. Each colleague is provided one company paid volunteer day per year.

We engage in company-sponsored social events as well as participate in community events and charities.
