Giving back to the community is a win-win scenario for both HEAPY and the organizations we support. Our volunteer activities make a difference where we live and work, while also boosting morale, strengthening our team, and improving our relationships.
Each colleague has the opportunity to help HEAPY make a positive impact on our world/community/society. We are passionate, curious, agile and engaging. Everyone carries the same core values and mission of honesty, integrity and drive to build a sustainable, well, and resilient society.
We engage in company-sponsored social events as well as participate in community events and charities.
