MEP&T DESIGN

Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing (MEP) & Technology design is the keystone of our consulting services. We design innovative yet fundamental systems to heat, cool and ventilate buildings with a minimum of energy input.

BIM PRACTICES

Revit and AutoCAD are the primary 3D modeling platforms at HEAPY.

We collaborate with our project partners using the NavisWorks’ product as a model aggregator and to perform more thorough clash detections.

We are experts in IFCs and XML schema and how to transfer project information from one software platform to another.

BUILDING PERFORMANCE

The buildings of today are comprised of complex, integrated, and sustainable building systems. HEAPY provides Commissioning Services to ensure that these systems operate and meet their high-performance goals. It is essential that a comprehensive verification process be used throughout the building design and construction process.
