MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

SEEKING PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION

Last year, I said we would set the tone for our company culture and “create a workplace that is more diverse, inclusive, and collaborative.” It brings me great satisfaction to see that vision coming to life. We are truly building a colleagues first culture

This does not mean that we have a perfect culture. Rather, we are creating a unique culture that embraces diversity and new ideas, allowing everyone to bring their distinctive skills and passion to the table. We will never be done with this work, but it is a vital and worthwhile endeavor.

If you’re still wondering why all this matters, you need only look at the evidence. Not only are highly engaged teams more productive, engaged colleagues are also more committed, more energized, more fulfilled, and more satisfied with their job. Making sure you feel empowered, engaged, heard, and supported is the right thing to do, and it also supports our clients and our business.

Our corporate retreat at Aileron to learn more about Energy Leadership was the culmination of many years of hard work by our C-Suite to create a shared language and approach that will build the culture we sought at HEAPY. This is only the beginning. Our partnership with Aileron will also bring more professional development and leadership opportunities to our colleagues. In the coming months, I hope you enjoy the continued engagement and training around Energy Leadership. Lean in and stay curious!

I was so gratified by the energy and passion I witnessed firsthand at this year’s HEAPY Summit. Hopefully, you left understanding how your purpose can connect to our company’s purpose, how you can align your strengths and passions at work, and how you can make a difference in our community.

I can’t wait to see what you will accomplish next.

NEW JOHN GLENN COLUMBUS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL

This year’s Community Involvement Week showcased our colleagues’ passion for making a difference and improving the world. Our team members volunteered to help local charities in the communities where we live and work.

Activities included cleaning up parks, providing shoes for kids, volunteering at animal shelters and foodbanks, donating blood, and building a home for a local family.

Thank you to our amazing colleagues for living our values every day and making a positive impact in our communities!
