Message from The CEO
CHARTING OUR PATH TO A NEW NORMAL
The past two years have been a roller coaster, but we have not wasted this crisis. We have used the pandemic and its challenges as an opportunity to grow – not just as a company, but as individuals. I have been inspired and heartened by our team’s ability to adapt, to execute, and to keep a sense of humor in the toughest of situations.

Building resilience is not just part of our purpose, but we have learned how to live it day in and day out. Increased flexibility and adaptability are here to stay. It is time to chart our path to a new normal. In the coming year, we will set the tone for our company culture and create a workplace that is more diverse, inclusive, and collaborative.
In the coming year, I am most excited about three initiatives: (1) creating clear expectations for all our colleagues as we continue our transition to a colleague first culture, (2) evaluating business expansion opportunities locally and nationally, and (3) investigating how to adopt Environmental-Social-Governance standards to demonstrate our dedication to achieving the greater good through our work. Together, these initiatives will help create an outstanding culture and position HEAPY for healthy, sustainable business growth for years to come.
Thank you for the dedication and support you have demonstrated. While I know we still have challenges to overcome, we are working towards a bright future for all our colleagues and the communities we serve. I look forward to charting this path with all of you.
