How to strengthen your immune system

The past weeks have been a reminder of the importance of staying well. The Coronavirus has changed our lives forever and reminded us that our health is our wealth. With several restrictions lifted, it’s still important to be mindful of ways to boost our immune systems. Here are a few simple tips:

Wash your hands

Remember to wash your hands regularly, throughout the day, with soap to remove germs. Germs can travel into the body through the eyes, nose, and mouth and make us very sick. Therefore, try NOT to touch your face.
