• Assessing their readiness to enact changes in mission/services

• Developing best practices of fiscal management

• Diversifying their business model and revenue streams

• I mplementing effective service delivery models that respond to recent biomedical advances and clinical and non-clinical service integration

•D eveloping effective, strategic partnerships with other HIV prevention, care, and treatment providers to improve service delivery

•C onstructing strategic organizational development plans to sustain continuity of HIV prevention, care, and treatment for their clients

■ E nhances collaboration between municipalities, officials, ASO/CBO staff, providers and others ■ P rovides strategies and tools that ASO/CBOs can implement to connect to the new environment HealthHIV builds the capacity of ASO/CBOs through engagement with organization leaders to develop a customized “blueprint” training and technical assistance to build organizational capacity.
