Simplify Sealing - Sturdy press with aluminum base and rod easily seals caps, plugs and lids onto liquid unit dose vials. The press reduces hand fatigue and increases productivity when preparing multiple vials.

Included Accessory - The HCL® Vial Holder (18738) holds up to 8 vials side by side. It helps secure vials and minimize spills. HCL® Adapter (20112) also included for a tighter, more secure seal with Tamper Tuf™ lids.

Secure Seal - The platform features a raised notch to help guide the holder into position for a secure seal on every vial, every time.

Compatible - Works with HCL® Tamper Tuf™ Vials with Caps and Easy Fill Vials with Plugs.

HCL® LUD Press 2.0

More Productivity, Less Fatigue - Easily adjustable to seal caps, plugs, lids and press-in bottle adapters onto liquid unit dose (LUD) vials and dispensing cups without hassle. Reduces hand fatigue, ensures a secure product and increases productivity when preparing multiple vials/bottles.

Built-In Storage - Adapters store directly on the back of the unit and movable guide block remains with the press for convenient access when handling different sized items. HCL® Vial Holder (18738, included) holds up to 8 vials side by side.

Compatible - Ideal for use with HCL® Tamper Tuf™ Vials with Caps, Easy Fill Vials with Plugs, Press-In Bottle Adapters and Amber Plastic Bottles.

Easy Fill Vials with Plugs

Less Mess - Amber vials with graduations fill from the bottom and securely seal using plugs. Plugs are inserted with Plug Dispenser (7339, sold separately) or HCL® LUD Press 2.0 (20932, sold separately).

Tamper Evident - Factory-applied foil seal provides a tamper-evident barrier.

Quick Filling - Vials are packaged on a plastic tray of 50 for quick bulk filling.

Labeling Option - Laser Labels (20475, sold separately) are compatible with goHCLabels.com

Vial Filling Extension

Simplify Pharmacy Procedures - Non-sterile filling extension is designed for use with Easy Fill Vials. Tip extends into filling hole of vials to help guide the fluid path, reduce spilling and minimize waste.

Versatile - Clear PVC device attaches to any male luer fitting, pump tube set or repeating syringe.

HCL® Tamper Tuf™ Vials with Caps

Visible Evidence - Provides a tamper-evident solution for packaging medications.

Smart Design - Caps feature large ports for easy filling. Vials are graduated every 5mL with raised markings. Tab on the cap snaps into the filling port to permanently close vials. Tab can be easily pressed closed with the HCL® LUD Press 2.0 and Holder for Vials (20932) or manually closed with effort. Tear-away strip allows for removal of the cap with a quick pull. Once pulled, it shows evidence of use and cannot be reattached.

Assembly Options - Choose assembled or unassembled vials with caps in 15mL or 30mL.

Laser Labels

More Versatility - Blank White labels feature a matte finish and a permanent, heat-resistant adhesive that reduces the risk of getting jammed in the printer.

FDA Approved - Meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.
