Kyle has been with us 6 years and takes special care when it comes to packaging the products he designs. "I make sure it is very well padded and wrapped so no damage can occur during transportation. That way, when the customer opens the package, the item looks just as it did when I finished."

HCL® Stainless Steel IV Thawing Rack
Includes a 60-minute timer, thawing rack, drip tray and hooks that can hold as many as 6 bags.
Not all IV bags are ready to use straight from the pharmacy. This rack allows users to simultaneously thaw several bags and control condensation as it forms. A built-in fan disperses ambient air to accelerate the process while an on/off timer helps manage duration.

New Shot-Put Chair Propels Student Toward State Championship Dreams
Jia Jun Wilbanks, an eighth grader at Southeastern Middle School, is redefining what it means to overcome obstacles. Born with spina bifida, he faces mobility challenges and, until recently, believed traditional sports with his classmates were out of reach. Thanks to the unwavering support of coaches, teammates, family and friends, he’s found his strength — and his passion — through seated shot-put. Jia Jun’s journey into track and field started last year with a simple homemade shot-put chair, lovingly made by his father, using PVC pipe and zip ties. It met the minimum requirements, but it
was difficult to move and lacked the stability needed for real success. “As a mom, I can always hear people in the stands noting when he is about to compete because he is coming to a starting line in a wheelchair or having a shot-put chair hauled out,” said Jia Jun’s mom, Marie. “People are very interested and usually very supportive.” A turning point came when another seated athlete let him borrow her professionally designed shot-put chair. The difference was immediate and profound. “He threw several feet farther than his existing record, and it was because the chair was properly designed,” Marie said. “We knew

Once those items go out the door, employees typically don’t get to see the impact they have. “He felt so confident,” Marie said. “And he was beyond excited to show off for others.” With his new chair, Jia Jun has his sights set on an ambitious goal: qualifying for the state championship and breaking the state record.“He qualified for state last year, and finished in third place, using his chair that didn’t really work,” Marie said, “so this is making him feel unstoppable. We believe he has a tremendous chance to qualify and win this year!” This project is an example of the potential that exists when a community comes together to support its own. “Our team is a great group of people who understand
the goal of HCL®: take care of the customer,” Chiarappa said. “The team knew how important this project was and took over to ensure that the final product was exactly what Jia Jun needed to compete at a high level.” “This team dreamed up this entire project, made magic and we are humbled by this gift,” Marie said. HCL® Tall Refrigerator Lock Box
When pharmacists told us their prescription dropper bottles did not fit inside typical refrigerator boxes, we did something about it.
Designed to hold dropper bottles and other tall containers, these lockable acrylic boxes help maintain the integrity of temperature-sensitive medication without compromising security. We even created them in multiple colors to distinguish contents and minimize picking errors.

Refrigerator Trays 19"W x 3"H x 19"D
When a customer had difficulty optimizing storage using stock trays on their refrigerator's pull-out shelf, they decided to seek a custom tray to maximize storage potential and keep supplies organized without compromising on space. Dividers (sold separately) further configure the tray.
Acrylic designs are precisely cut by the laser to create exact pieces which are carefully joined together by hand.

Mark has been part of our manufacturing family for 5 years. Prior to that, he spent 2 years in the package and shipping industry. He defines excellence as meeting the expectations of the customer. One of the largest plastic-cutting lasers in Ohio, this powerful system can cut thicker-grade materials much faster than traditional machines. It allows us to upload graphics and photos to etch logos and lifelike images onto a variety of materials.

Our talented Print By Design professionals can produce premium print products to meet your unique needs. And there’s no additional charge for artwork. From customized pharmacy labels to floor decals, magnets, banners and more, we pay close attention to your goals, then create attractive products that effectively communicate your message.
Once a label is ordered, large rolls of colored adhesive paper are loaded into the printers, and labels are cut to exact size.
